To many inconsiderate people staying there! Staff not walking the floors! Babies, dogs, and other loud noises being made all day and night! Reservation made for a sofa room was told it’s only for long term rooms!!! ( that’s not advertised-not fair!!!)

Our stay was terrible, the first room they check us into was disgusting. Super dirty, stained sheets, broken bathroom faucet, loose stove nob, dirty bed sides, filthy floors.. the second room was cleaner than the first but still not the best condition.

For an “extended stay” they didn’t have an iron and ironing board in the room. I found that quite odd. When it came time for me to check out I had to wait until someone open the gate at the front desk to drop off my key.
