“Terrible experience with the staff and the manager . Tv was not working . Smell coming from AC. They just take signature on the paper so that u will forget the checkout time without giving u a fair warning or send someone that there will be late fee . They just kept the whole deposit .This is ridiculous i was suppose to checkout at 11 . I forgot and checking out at 12 and now they are keeping my whole deposit which freaking half of the amount of my reservation . Shame on the owners and……

“I booked a non-smoking room and was placed in a room that smelled like someone locked himself in there and chain smoked for a week straight. The staff was very helpful and placed me in a different room. It too smelled like previous attendees had smoked in that room but it wasn't nearly as strong as the previous room, so it was tolerable. The locks on the two windows were broken (ground floor) and one of them had broke glass as well. If someone on the outside wanted in, they could have easily……
