The room was horrible. The hotel is ancient and dressed up but lipstick on a pig is still a pig. The carpet had some nasty deodorizer in it.

Nice apartment like setup.

Posted Nov 16, 2017
The way the hotel is set up like an apartment so you get a ton for your money. A Deluxe studio suite cost me $87 after taxes. The only issue i had was that they don’t do a breakfast every morning.

Spend a little more if you can

Posted Nov 13, 2017
Pros: The room was spacious. The WiFi is quick.
Cons: Always replace the bed sheets. Leave extra towels in the closet/drawer if you're not going to stop in to clean the rooms.
Location: There's restaurants and a grocery store withing 15 min drive of the hotel.
Booked the hotel because it was one of the cheaper ones. The room smelled musty when we arrived. We believe it was the bedsheets because they had a faint smell of vomit. There were what looked like dog hairs on the sheet and pillows. Told the night clerk about it and they said to use the sheet in the closet and the pullout sofa. Didn't hear back from the front desk the next morning. Apparently, it wasn't a priority even though the clerk said she "knew about it". We had to ask the desk clerk in the afternoon to have the sheets changed out. When we ran out of clean towels, we requested for them to be changed, but no one came. Had to pick up clean the clean towels from the front desk.

Lobby and associate greeting were both warm. Got there later in the evening, so appreciated the speed and ease as well. Rooms are very clean, a bit outdated but not bad at all. Appreciated the honey feeling.

Crime at this hotel

Posted Oct 30, 2017
The night we checked in the sheriffs where there and banging on the door of the unit directly under us. Seems they were trying to arrest the person on a warrant. We were also told by them that theirs a major drug problem at this place and this night also they were chasing a drug addict who jumped the fence into this place. We were also told that they rent out rooms for cheap to drug addicts ect and then when they can fill the rooms with people wanting to pay much more they then get them kicked out. While we were there we also found the sheets to be stained and the room always smelt like stale cigarettes. A few nights later the same person they arrested on the warrant can be heard fighting with someone really loud below us. Do not waste your money or time here.

This is surprising to see this review as we had talked extensively during your stay and explained to you that your information is completely false. We abide by all fair housing laws and do not operate this way at all. Because of the noise issue you experienced on your first night we offered to cancel the remainder of your stay and refund you however, you said you wanted to stay with us. Although you decided to stay with us, we still refunded you for your first night stay for any inconvenience. To reiterate what we discussed, we consider our property to have great quality guests for the most part. If we feel that there is a problem with someone, we are happy to call the police and have them address it. We do not consider having the police here to be a bad thing as our priority is to have our property and guests safe. We are very sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us.-The Residences At Daniel Webster

Not bad but not great

Posted Oct 29, 2017
Cons: Needs to be remodeled and front door needs to be better sound insulated.
Upon arrival at my room, I was welcomed with an overwhelming smell of an air freshener. The room was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped but the room definitely needs some remodeling. The appliances, while they were clean and operational, looked very outdated. There were large spots on the wall and on the bathroom ceiling that were poorly patched in (not well blended in) and it looked like someone went overboard with caulking around the toilet and the bathtub. The bathroom light was so dim that I had to leave the door open while taking a shower. My biggest complaint was the noise. I could hear the TV from the neighboring room and people that were outside talking. While I have stayed at other hotels next to the highway, the highway noise at this place was the loudest. While it was the loudest, it was more of an annoyance than a deal breaker. Other notes: It seems that this was previously owned by Hawthorne Suites by Wyndham (as labeled on their phones) and now owned/managed by Diversified Funding Inc. (on the fridge magnet with contact information for after hours maintenance). It seems that they do short and long term leases on this property.

Short drive to Premium Outlet Mall

Posted Oct 23, 2017
Pros: Close to where we wanted to be and the staff was very accommodating
Cons: Only real concern was the number of steps one must utilize and it could be off serious concern to seniors
The loft unit we stayed in very comfortable. The number of steps to the unit (three different set of step units) with your luggage was a concern, especially to seniors. The unit itself was spacious and well supplied.

Pros: Convenient location. Easy entry. Room was very comfortable.
Cons: I like a bar of soap and not liquid for a shower.
Location: Came to meet someone from the area. Didn't explore area around the hotel.
Nice experience over all. Only spent the night. Comfortable room and bed.
