Nice Hotel, Good Location, Very Poor service.Posted Oct 15, 2007
We stayed here on our tour of Morocco its more like a Raid than a hotel. The Location was fantastic on the edge of the dune. You wouldnt want to stay more than on night though. To reach the hotel you have to drive slightly off road, you will see a sign off the main highway and then you drive across scrub land, we easily made it in our hire car but it was quite unnerving without knowing the terrain. The service was poor to say the least; you will need to speak French to get any sort of service. Unfortunately we didnt speak much and this made it difficult to get service from the waiter. The same waiter miraculously could speak English in the morning to let us know that our tyre was flat on our hire car and there was a mechanic in the village. I new I was about to be relieved of lots of dirham and made it away with a flat tyre and then changed it on the road, funny how when I pumped the tyre back up it was still holding pressure after 10 days at the end of the holiday! All in all it was a nice raid in a superb location, sadly let down by some of the staff. Glad to get out of there to be honest.
