It's what we needed

Stayed due to AC being out at our house. Good value for the money. Small kitchen and a place to sit and eat which is nice. It has been updated but there are still old doors and tubs. Kitchen still has old hot plate type burners. The AC units are under the window so individually controlled. Everything is very clean and supplies you may need are arranged at the front desk. The evening desk clerk Julien is personable and on top of things.

Worst place ever

This is the first place I have stayed where I had to provide my own house keeping because there was no staff available to provide house keeping for my family and I! The doors to rooms did not shut properly so bugs kept crawling in through the door! Worst stay ever... never going back!

Nice hotel close to the freeway

It was a good stay even tho I did see a little of the wrong crowed hanging out in the lot.

Terrible experience at the mesa location, I would not recommend it , front office was rude. Couldn't add the extra person. On top of that she kept my Driver license and when I called the police she lied she didn't have it. Overall my 1st worst experience.

Nice place, BUT.....

The hotel was nice, BUT, you have to order the basics from the front desk. I had to ask for plates, cups, bowls and a coffee maker. I thought this was an Extended Stay?? The parking lot was always full and on our second day we had to park almost around the corner from our room!!! No daily room service, which was acceptable, but when I asked for a few extra pillows you would of thought I was asking to stay for free!! I'll be back in the area again in 6 weeks, think might try somewhere else??
