good clean hotel

Cons: More proactive people on breakfast area
Good hotel but breakfast had a lot of items empty including coffee had to ask staff for food and coffee

AC unit

The only complaint was that the AC unit did not work very well at all. We kept lowering the temp and it would not get cool and the room was very stuffy.

close to airport

Check in friendly, bathroom had hardly any toilet tissue had to go to the desk. Beds were not confortable, the room was really cold had to ask for blankets. The morning breakfast was disposing the only fruit that looked that it be OK to eat was almost totally uneatable. We went to walmart when left that morning to buy some fresh fruit. Second night had to get more towels and washcloths. Second morning I just ate the fruit I had brought at Walmart. We had a lot of fruit left ed over because my brother-in-law wife had a lot of fruit at her house already. The coffee was good brand great taste pleased with that. As far as staff they went out of their way to please. The first Hotel we were going to stay Expedia couldn't get their system to work. So I lost that Hotel and room and held phone so long that the rental car went up $54.00. I have stayed in Fairfield Inn's before and very pleased on the east coast.

Room Conditions

The bathroom had mold around the tub, rust on the tub. Yellow stains on the sheets, body fluid. Room could have been in better shape.

Nice Hotel located close to Shopping and Scottdale

Located in close proximity to freeway and shopping. Extremely nice reception staff, were always helpful. Rooms were updated and very clean and comfortable. Offered a delicious breakfast with Eggs, bacon, sausage and waffles. Nice touch.

You get what you pay for...... kind of

It was disappointing to visit Arizona and not be able to swim. The hotel pool and hot tub were so dirty and disgusting. The hotel is pretty run down and the rooms reflected that. Staff was very nice, but I am glad I only stayed for one night.

Great location and really good value for the price. Continental breakfast was good and hotel was far enough away from the highway that there was little noise.

Pros: Good breakfast, clean
Location: Mesa, nice area
Stayed one night, clean hotel, great price. Breakfast was good, hotel was in good condition, clean carpets, newer wallpaper.
