Close proximity to Phoenix/Mesa airport

First room had toilet issues. Maintenance came and "fixed". Air conditioner had a loud squeal ans we could not fall asleep. The toilet issues occurred again and we had to change rooms. This appears to be an older hotel that needs updating. However, even with the problems, the customer service was great.

Rooms fine. Found that there were too many dogs traveling with people staying at this hotel. Nice pool. Breakfast was fine

Beautiful, Affordable, Convenient Hotel

Pros: I love the contemporary, beautiful decor. The rooms are spacious, quiet and really comfortable. It feels very luxurious.
Cons: Honestly, I can't think of thing!
Location: Very conveniently located near restaurants, malls and highways.
I always book my reservations at this wonderful hotel because it's very convenient to restaurants, malls, and highways. The staff is always very helpful, kind and professional. It's a beautiful place and impeccably maintained. The included breakfast offers many healthy, delicious choices and is always abundantly stocked. This place offers superb comfort for a great price!

Smelly rooms!!

I do understand that this hotel accepts dogs on the third floor and boy can you tell. The rooms smell. The carpets in the hall and rooms had stains on them. I could only wonder what's on the mattress we slept on. Ick!

Pet Friendly, Stinky hotel

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Clean deodorize 3rd floor.
We brought our dog to motel with us since it was pet-friendly. We got off the 3rd floor elevator and the smell was horrible! The room was worse yet! Stains in the hall carpet and the room carpet. We asked to move and was told the 3rd floor is for guest with dogs. They moved us to another room on the same floor and it might have been a tad better but still bad. Really no place set aside for dogs to go potty. Breakfast was hardly breakfast! Went out to eat. Disappointed!!

It's a nice hotel. My only dislike was that they have an airport shuttle, but don't have a shuttle driver in the evening. You take a cab up until 10pm and they pay it, but you end up waiting in the heat for the cab-that they call instead of just getting in one waiting at the airport.
