Pleasant for the money but there was a roach in our room and the tun was a bit dated.

Great location in Mesa AZ

I picked the hotel because of its location. Easy walk to Main Street, which has restaurants, coffee shops, cultural center (concert location) and is a great walking area. Also great public transportation for train access to Phoenix and bike share for the immediate area. The hotel was quiet and clean. Great pool. Only negative was the lack of a hotel restaurant. Room service is available, but I prefer to eat outside the room.

Here for a funeral . Are at the hotel and enjoyed some wine. The food was excellent

Close to the Cubs spring trainin but just an ok ho

Great staff at the front desk and the breakfast restaurant. Room service had an older Hispanic lady that was really friendly and helpful. The other younger color lady was just cranky and didn't even want to give us towels. We stayed on the 4th floor with broken ice machine and torn walls. Our room was too cold and our friends said it was hot and AC was not working properly. It was 105 to 110 while we stayed here. I will not go back there even if my son's team stays there again. I will say the room fee was fair. Breakfast is really not worth $12. Pay a little extra and stay in Sheraton or Hilton.

Not like it used to be

Pros: Location to family is excellent
Cons: Maintenance and housekeeping need to be improved. Perhaps fix some deferred maintenance.
I've stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years and this is the worst condition I've seen it in. Our room was dirty (hair in tub and tub didn't drain); fixtures were loose and leaking. The bathroom had obviously flooded at some point since the door had a few inches of water damage at the bottom. The mattress was quiet lumpy so hard to get a good night's sleep. The workout facilities have been neglected as well. I found most of the machines didn't have working televisions (only 3 appeared operable) and the cleaning dispenser was never filled so you couldn't even clean your machine before or after use. There was a used cup left on top of the dispenser for the entire 3 days we were there. We should have switched rooms but that's a hassle when you're always coming and going. The tub was snaked at our request but maintenance brought a plunger for the job initially. That was interesting and alarming. This was always my go-to hotel in Mesa to visit family but now rethinking that decision.

Very clean awesome staff this is my 2nd time staying in this hotel and I love it I feel welcomed that's why I keep coming back keep up the awesome service!!!

Pool issues

The hotel was nice and clean. The only problem was that the pool was extremely cold. There was no one in the pool due to the extremely cold temperature of the water.
