Cons: Access to wifi if there is a password let the guest know without letting them asking.
It was fast and easy to check in. The room was clean.

Pros: Good location
Cons: Needs updating. Very weak WiFi
I stayed seven days and used it only to sleep. The room was clean but desperately needed updating. The carpet was shabby. The bathroom sink was cracked and shower was chipped. Television reception was poor and limited.

Had to change rooms. They gave us th handicap room shower head at 4'. Husband is 6' Carpets were very worn and dirty. No remote and front desk didn't know how to program a new one. No bath towels in second room. We stayed because we have friends in the resort next door so location was perfect for us.

Easy check in/out. Quiet, not bad overall. Tub could of been cleaned better, also sheets could of had some type of clean scent but did not. Overall good experience, would recommend and return.

**Does NOT comply with ADA Laws** The rude hotel employee triggered my CPTSD and I flared up for 4-5 hours. I hid out of sight while my dog preformed necessary tasks to help calm me down. I almost went to the ER. This uneducated Indian dude Demands Registrations and certification for service animal. He wanted ‘proof’ There are no such thing as a registered/certified service animal. These paperwork are FAKE. Easily bought online for $60. As soon as the worker realized I started recording, he denied he said such thing. And shouted, ‘do you still want your room or what!?’ He also gave us a terrible room that smelt like someone was smoking cigarettes in here for days. The door had a NO smoking sign on it My significant other had to go to the store to buy some spray. They better not charge us a smoking fee. He stated that the laws are changed, and they do require paperwork. I had the ADA paperwork printed out, trying to educate him. He kept crying about how that’s just a print out. Last time I checked, the fake certifications he wants is also a print out. He’s not educated at all. It’s not cool for someone with a disability to reveal what they have to strangers just so they can have their Medical equipment with them. (Service dog) Carpets have bleach spots. Holes in the bathroom door. Shower liners stained yellow. I ended up forfeiting my non-refundable stay and drove back home (6hrs from here) after a family event that ended at 1am.
