An OK hotel and service

Booked a room with breakfast included...were told breakfast was not included. After checking back and forth between the front office and the kitchen, we were given our breakfast with a bit of attitude from the staff and had to sign something. An unpleasant experience. Never stay at Courtyard Marriott ever again.

I have MS and the staff was so sweet and helpful. It was awesome. Very clean rooms. I would stay there again. It was worth every penny. Theresa

The hotel was great. The staff was super friendly especially Eli. The rooms were very clean. The only problem I had was our heat not working in our room. We called front desk and Eli had someone up immediately to fix it. It worked for a while and went back out and this time Eli moved us to another room without hesitation. So I was very satisfied with the hotel and the great level of customer service displayed.

Not a good value

My fault- we traveled with two grands and this hotel does not have even a continental breakfast. We took same trip two weeks prior and stayed at another hotel that was much nicer and had a full breakfast buffet - and was at least $30 less expensive. The decor is “modern”, OK but not warm and welcoming. Not a bad place just not our style or amenities.

This hotel was really nice. I enjoyed it but was disappointed that the indoor pool and spa were unavailable.
