Well maintained older hotel

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: Shower drain was a little slow, and faucet dripped a bit, but it's an older place, so not a huge deal
Location: Lots of services close by. Restaurants, a mall, gas stations. Everything a traveler would need!
Friendly staff, good service-especially the breakfast staff. All needs were met.

Old hotel that needs some serious face lift.

Pros: The staff was very nice, polite, and friendly.
Cons: Cleaning the room carpets, fumigating for roaches, and cleaning the room walls.
Location: Stayed here for a day.
When we got to the hotel everything seem very nice, the staff was great, and the lobby looked clean. Though, once we got to the room, we found a living cockroach in the floor, and huge stains red stains in the carpet. Due to this the receptionist gave a us a new room which had no cockroaches but still seemed very dirty, and old styled. On the other hand, food wasn't too bad, and the staff was exceptional.

Dirty Rooms

I was in Mesquite for a business trip and the stay was just not what I expected. The first room I checked in to was dirty. After complaining, I was moved in to another room. There was mold in the new rooms shower and bathtub. The hotel smelled stale as did the rooms.

I CAME FROM NY TO CRUSADE OVER HERE AND THIS HOTEL WAS THE MOST CONVENIENT PLACE FOR ME TO WALK DOWN TO THE CENTER FOR THE CRUSADE. I TRULY ENJOY MY PRAYER LIFE. COMING TO THE HOTEL TO START THANKING GOD IN A SAFE PLEASANT ENVIRONMENT WAS A BLESSING.THE SPANISH LADY IN THE FRONT DESK WHOSE FAMILY MEMBER WAS IN ICU IN THE HOSPITAL MAY GOD BLESS HER IN HIS MERCY IN JESUS HOLY NAME AMEN.I LOVE YOU ALL.ENJOY YOUR CHRISMAS AND THE NEW YEAR IN ADVANCE TO THE GLORY OF GOD AMEN.

Will not stay again.

The room was not clean. We couldn't use the heater, because the unit was so dusty. Water from the bathroom sink was dirty, we had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. The mattress was uncomfortable, you can actually feel the springs on your body. Staff is very nice.
