Very Nice Hotel, close to where I needed to be.

Very Nice Hotel, Staff was very pleasant and helpful, pool was well maintained. Room was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

After staying there many times something changed

This was always a great place to stay and they always made accommodations for my family and our puppy. Something changed this time. After being there 45 mins they told us we were not welcome because of our puppy and told us we had 15 mins to leave the property or they were calling the police . So not only was I dissapointed I lost my $100 cash deposit and the $78 dollars for the room. When I asked for a refund they told me to contact Expedia.

GOOD EXPERIENCE - Wonderful Beds - Nice Breakfast

Pros: Employees - Cleanliness - Beds - Breakfast - Value
Cons: Lots of Mesquitos near the doors because near the water, maybe a spray near sunset would help.
Location: DALLAS SUBURB - Right off HWY # 30 EXIT BASS PRO - GARLAND, TX
Your Front Desk Lady is wonderful - Made us feel welcome had a great smile and greeting in the morning would be nice if there were more people like her. Remodeled affordable hotel

This was just an overnight stay on our way home so we didn't really spend a lot of time in the hotel but we didn't have any problems. Check-in went smoothly, even let us check-in early, the room was clean and comfortable. It appears they are doing an extensive remodel as there were piles of carpeting by the trash bin out back and the carpeting in our room and our friends room looked and felt new. The paint on the walls looked new and updated and everything smelled fresh. The heater on the hot tub was out, which meant the hot tub was closed, but we didn't really have time to use it so that was not a big deal and they told us it would be back up running in a week or two. I didn't try the breakfast was told it was not too impressive but other than that, it was a very nice stay. I would definitely consider staying there again if I was in the area.

Mgr - should look into room issues

Pros: The Guest Relations - All employees friendly.
Cons: Maintence
Location: Near main highway - Resturants
Room # 230 - Fridge did not work at all - Large lamp not working. Dripping sink and shower. People are Great Room # 228 -2nd night - Microwave didn't work at all - Bathroom back of door large hole bottom, leaking sink and tub. Maybe once a month a person should check out rooms for working Fridge & Microwave, leaking plumbing working light bulbs, just a little time could take this to a very good motel. The Manager and all people are top notch it did help. Staying 1 more night I had reserved might have stayed another week if not so many non-working items.. Was staying after surgery needed to have a working Fridge & Microwave for soup and juice.
