Large beachside hotel with attractive gardens

Posted May 9, 2017
Pros: Attractive grounds, helpful tour desk, free shuttle into Touramina, good choice of dishes at dinner. Ample free parking.
Cons: Limited breakfast choices by international standards and hot dishes need to kept hotter. Please invest in efficient toasting machines.
Location: Several bars and restaurants within five minutes walk, main town is about twenty minutes stroll.
Booked a ground floor "villa" room, on arrival offfered an upstairs one but this was resolved after a few minutes. Room simply furnished but comfortable . ours 810 was close to pool and restaurant, others can be rather further away. All are located in attractive well maintained grounds. At this time , first week in May only the main pool area is open and main restaurant. Beach was being prepared for season but sunbeds available both there and around pool.

There was no WiFi in the room only around the reception desk which was inconvenient. No complementary water first day upon arrival. No napkins or klinex in the bathroom.

What a shame about the Villas.........:(

Posted Jul 10, 2016
Pros: The location was good easy access to the motorway, and walking distance to local restaurants. Gardens beautifully kept. Clean in all areas.
Cons: Half the cost of beach loungers, different entertainers at the Olympic bar rather than just one to encourage people to stay in the hotel.
Location: You can walk to local restaurants, go to Isobella beach which is close, go up on the sky rail to Toamena town which is lovely. Close to motorway.
Gardens - Beautifully kept Beach - Volcanic sand charges for towels 1 EURO a day each, but you can keep it for longer without charge as they do not book your towel back in. Beach lounges 12-15EUROs a day too expensive often empty, so would it not be better to charge less and have all of them used? Rooms - Very clean, but we paid extra for a Villa - it was a room with a very small shower which was a little mouldy in places, pillow too thin and only one, had to ask twice for another pillow. This is NOT a villa felt duped. Charge card - You had to put cash on your room card to pay for drinks/food ect; at the hotel, although an ATM is provided in reception for this purpose. It does however encourage you to go out of the hotel to the amazing restaurants charging half the cost for freshly cooked meals, not buffet food as offered at the hotel. Olympic bar - not open in the day very odd better place to sit as comfy seats in the shade, the entertainer there was the same guy every night which was too much and boring, he did miss a few notes too. I think there should be different entertainers. Pools - Two pools, I felt the Olympic pool was better as it was a nicer setting personally, although more plants in the eating area would be nice.

Dear Guest, Thanks a lot for sharing your experience with us. We are very sorry to read you found our beach service and Naxos Card uncomfortable services. Naxos Card is a payment method introduced to simplify the purchases inside the Hotel, by avoiding the use of cash. We’re working to refine it and boost its efficiency, in order to provide a better experience to our guests and, most probably, we have to increase our effort to communicate the instruction. The beach service on payment is necessary for organizational purposes: by doing so we are able to meet the demands of more customers, ensuring the assistance of our qualified staff and the availability of places . Hoping to host you again in the future Regards,

Massive complex

Posted Oct 4, 2015 on Hotels
The ad for this place is not really clear on what you are going to stay in. It is a huge complex along the beach but you have to walk a good walk just to get breakfast or get out. The swimming pool is awesome but only open from 10 to 6 which is disappointing. Rooms are basic but fine

A conference stay.. It was the end of the season, but the staff was always helpful and spoke english well. The pools were spotless and the beach well-maintained. Food was delicious and well served.
