It was a nice hotel but no coffee service in the room. It has a wonderful rooftop bar with an amazing view. Front desk person very nice but morning breakfast staff was too busy to be attentive.

Very disappointed that where wasn’t a hot water pot/coffee tea service in the room. The rooms were so close together that the balcony was unusable unless you wanted to chat with neighbors or smell their smoking cigarettes.

Wonderful property the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. It has a lovely roof terrace and wonderful views. It is close to everything. You can walk all over Taornarina from here

The location of the hotel was wonderful with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Easy access to the Main Streets for shopping and restaurants. The room had great view but was too small and the step up to the restroom was a bit dangerous.

We have been five hotels in Italy for this trip. This is the best hotel. Not one of the best. Front desk people are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. The view of the breakfast area is amazing. We will come back again.

The property benefits from an amazing view on Taormina thanks to the beautiful terrasse where we take the breakfast and can enjoy some drinks during the day. Once checked-in, you can access the property from a nice garden directly from the city, to avoid the road. Very walkable, close to the vibrant street of Taormina, our stay was lovely. Our room was better in reality than on the Expedia website pictures since some redecoration has been done. We took the bus from the train station when we arrived and preferred to ask the hotel to book a taxi to come back. We should have agreed on the price before because it was 25€ for a 10-min drive and it was not an official taxi.

This is an excellent place to stay in Taormina. The location is great for everything and the staff were very helpful. It has a great roof top bar with fantastic views.

Our stay at the Hotel Continental was amazing! Beautiful views of Taormina and the proximity to the main centre was an added bonus. The staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. In particular Sabina, at the reception front desk, was exceptional - she went above and beyond and always with a smile. Thank you so much Sabina.. I would definitely return.

This hotel is such a gem! Easy drop off by taxi at front of hotel, very walk able to shopping area from garden. Spacious room and awesome staff (thank you Sabina for everything!). Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying here. The customer service was top-notch. The rooms were smoke-free, airy and fresh and clean. Easy walking to the mail road where all the shops are and best of all valet parking made it so easy to stay here! to top it all off the breakfast was the best ever. They had everything you could want. Great for vegans and fruitarians too.

Easy to walk to town, very nice and friendly staff. The hallways were very loud but we were glad to be on the bottommost floor. The bed was clean. It was a fine place to stay.

Great location! Steps away from the main street full of shops and restaurants but tucked away and quiet. Staff was friendly and view from rooftop was great but the standard room was extremely dated, stuck in the 70’s, and not as pictured on Expedia. Parking is a challenge in Taormina but they offer valet parking for $20 a day.

Exceptional location. Easy access to major tourist attractions and shopping areas. Very clean. Breakfast is satisfactory in quality but the terrace is just breathtaking! Reception staff is extremely friendly so as the breakfast staff! Really enjoyed our 2 nights of stay at Continental

Great views from terrace and easy access thro the garden steps into the historic centre. Didn't understand why the cushions on the terrace seating were removed even when it was dry. Expensive drinks. Good 10euro breakfast. 20euro taxi to train station. Security poor (and noise) when anyone can access the bedroom corridors from the garden which is access to the Sky bar-ought only to be available to residents or a security door in the corridor provided

Perfect hotel for a stay in Taormina!! Very friendly staff and excellent location close to restaurants & shopping in the village. The hotel restaurant/bar terrace provides spectacular panoramic views of the coastline and Mount Etna and more. Everywhere you look is a wow moment.

We loved the hotel! Rooftop bar and indoor dining views were spectacular! Staff was great, helped us anytime we had questions or an issue. Expect to Take a cab from train station unless you are a mountain goat!

A lovely Hotel on the outskirts of Taormina.
I found the Hotel Continental. The reception staff could not have been more helpful if they tried. I loved the rooftop terrace where I had a drink and an excellent dinner one evening. A truly beautiful Hotel which I would like to come back to.

The front desk staff was amazing. Thank you for your hospitality. Lovely place and so peaceful to sit on our balcony, close to everything, but lots of walking required. We liked it!!! It was confusing on where to park at check in. It would be nice if a What’s App was sent (maybe with a video) on arrival and parking conditions.
