Dear Mr. Ekinci,I find it difficult to understand the complaints you make, in the very negative and damaging revue you have published  after your second visit to Villa Belvedere.1) You requested a sea-facing room and you had, in fact a sea-facing mini-suite, which is superior, with a personal small terrace and a view of the sea.2)The bed was not broken when you took possession of the room and neither was it broken when you left. It has been carefully checked and, as is all our equipment, it is of excellent quality, a very comfortable bed and in perfect condition.  (As confirmed by the guests who occupied the suite after you  had left.  3) If you found it “broken”, which it was not, - why did you  not complain immediately, instead of waiting to write your review ??4) Regarding “old-fashioned” – as you had already stayed at Villa Belvedere, only four days earlier, you must be aware that Villa Belvedere is a  pleasantly comfortable,  traditional-type hotel, not a super modern edifice.5) The restaurants we recommend are those spoken well about by our guests. We are definitely not “in business” of any type with any restaurant or similar. Your accusation is slanderous!!6) August is the most popular time of the year and naturally at certain times of the day,  we have several guests arriving and departing and looking for information.  Our very efficient reception staff are normally greatly praised by our guests.As all your complaints are contrary to all reasonable comprehension, I can only imagine that for some reason better known to yourself,  you were  very much in other than an amicable humor at the time of your second visit in a few days.  I totally refuse to accept any of the false accusations you have made in your review and indeed, perhaps an apology on your part and the removal of your text would be the least to be expected.Kindest regards,Cristian Pècaut,Manager.
