“Good location - 10-15 mins walk to all attractions. Super clean. They provided iron when we asked for it. Common area has hot and cold water machine. Also coffee bottles were there to use from. Check in was easy and it was easy to find the hotel - next to small grocery shop. Sound proofing is not good. You can hear people walking on the street - but It’s not a super busy street so was not much annoying. Just few steps from water taxi. I will recommend it.”

“We had a terrible stay at Ca Rosa. The room is advertised as 'Luxury twin room' but there is nothing luxurious about it. 2 beds in a bare room. No night lights or anything, just the bright ceiling light. However, as we only planned to sleep there and spend our days in Venice, the bedroom wasn't as issue. The bathroom was the big issue though. A big hole in the sink was 'repaired' with a blob of glue which has a lot of mold in and under it. There was also mold on the ceiling, on the shower……

“The receiptionist is great and helpful especially the lady call Jasmine and she is really helpful and suppport in my trip. The food in the morning is great. The location is excellent, very close the bus and train station. As many stairs a in the Venezia and good to stay at the starting point. Also the water bus is pier just next the front door of the hotel. It is very convenience to travel every the main site in Venezia!”

“Excellent location! Just next to Piazza San Marco, however the entrance of the hotel is lack of signage, we spend some time to looking for the entrance. The staffs are very nice. The room is very beautiful and big, please be reminded that there are no lift, you need the carry your luggages to the room by stairs. ”

“The staff was exceptional in their warm welcome, explanation of the use of the keys, and prior information about how to get to the hotel. The property met all our needs. My only comment would be, it is an older place, and I think because of the humidity the grout in the bathroom was not pristine and there were a couple of mosquitos in our room initially. The location was good for our intrests and the room was well priced.”
