It is very close to the airport so if you have to catch an early flight is just perfect. They have a shuttle every 30 minutes Great. You will need a car for anything you need outside the hotel. This is the only negative point.

A great place to stop over if you arrive late in the evening or have an early flight. Clean, friendly and efficient. Good food on the restaurant but the surroundings are a bit sterile. Doubles as the breakfast room so get why this is the case. All the staff were lovely and friendly which got a hotel that probably had a lot of people pass through is impressive. Would definitely use again.

This hotel is very convenient to the Venice airport. It provides a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes for 5 euro. It is also very well kept and has a restaurant and bar when you don’t want to venture out. The kind bartender gave me an aperitivo making lesson! The front lobby has a fireplace which was perfect for the cold foggy evening.

Staying here was the highlight of our night after a long day of traveling. The food was good. We shared the tiramisu, which was so delicious! Later we drank some wine from the bar and sat by the fireplace. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed and more. The staff was friendly and fluent in English. They provided a shuttle to take us to the airport as well. I highly recommended this place if you are looking for a comfortable place to stay at near the airport. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Clean and Close to airport
Super convenient location across from airport entrance with nice grounds, a comfortable lounge and bar area. Our standard room 106 was adequate with a little fridge/coffee/tea maker and couch and tv up a spiral staircase in a loft. Felt a bit cramped, but was fine for one night. Our only complaint at all was our room was right over the kitchen/dining room, and when the employee was putting out breakfast beginning at 4 am, we could hear every step and clink like it was in our room. Besides that, everything was lovely! The breakfast buffet did look good as we were checking out! They even had a local honeybee comb dripping fresh honey! We were quite sad to get home and realize we had left two packages of speck we had purchased in the fridge.

Was a nice enough place by the airport. It’s very close by shuttle but not easy to figure out how to get a shuttle from the airport so you need to call them. Restaurant had an elevated menu but we really just wanted something simple. It’s a decent place for a layover. 5e to take the shuttle each way to airport.

Perfect spot to access MaroPolo airport in venice....took taxi from piaz. Roma in venice...reception nice and efficient...rooms large...thermostats set a bit high for US midwesterners used to cold weather...quiet even across from airport...restaurant was great had a wonderfully prepared dinner...has small bar and larger sitting room with fireplace...lf we ever leave from Venice again..thats the place so e reviews stated cold and no hot water... not our experience..great job..highly recommended

A clean, convenient and welcoming hotel, just by the airport, with top class dinners served in the restaurant. You need to pick up the hotel shuttle from P2, even though the hotel is only 800 metres from the airport, because there is a busy motorway to get past if walking.

Very impressed with this hotel. Way above expectations - very friendly, big modern rooms, close to the airport but very quiet. I would pick this over the nearby Marriott. We walked to the hotel which was easy enough (head toward parking lot 6) but got the shuttle back as we left at 0500. Well worth the €5pp fee. Only minor drawback was the restaurant was closed that evening (New Years Day). They offered a free shuttle to somewhere else but opted to walk ~800 to the village where there was a bar and a couple of pizza places. All good for us.

Solid Hotel within (long) walking distance of VCE
If you are looking for a hotel near VCE for an early-ish morning flight, this is a solid bet. FWIW, it is walkable from the airport to the hotel, there is a sidewalk the entire way. The sidewalk leads from the boat dock. If you opt to take the shuttle, it runs when beckoned and arrived for us within 10 minutes of our phone call. Staff was pleasant. Food on site is fine. I would gladly stay here again if I couldn't count on the Vaporetto to get me to VCE on time.

The major reason to stay here is airport proximity. Bathroom had a horrible moldy smell though. Layout is weird. Our room was pressed up into the eaves of the original building so headroom was limited in the room and shower. Shower was not very easy to use and got water everywhere. Dining was fine and staff was helpful. Probably would not stay here again.

BEWARE, NOT a two-bed room!!
This was a very unusual hotel. The staff was wonderful!! Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant and the cleaning staff were kind and attentive to every need. The room, however, was extremely odd. If you only need one bed you’re going to be fine but we needed two, as I was traveling with two other people. The second bed was in a balcony with a very narrow spiral staircase. A bit precarious for anyone elderly! However, it was not a bed but rather a pull out couch. This might be the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever tried to sleep on!! We had to put the 3”-4” thick mattress on the floor to tolerate the night. EXCRUCIATING at best! This is not a separate bedroom, it is a balcony open to the downstairs bedroom. The only bathroom was also downstairs, making nighttime stops challenging to say the least.

The room did not match the description or photos. The room we reserved was supposed to have additional beds and a bathtub but neither were present. Additionally, the bathroom had mold in it and there were bugs all over the place.

A step way above an average airport hotel
The room was unexpectedly opulent. Most surprising having not been able to hear English speaking TV for 2 weeks in the Venice area, they have a couple of international stations. The food was a disappointment though presented elegantly. It is only a 15 minute walk to the airport if you want to go a day ahead to scope it out. Good idea as there configuration of finding gates is not obvious. ANNIA IS A REAL FIND!!!

Annia Park is conveniently located adjacent to Marco Polo Airport. There are sidewalks leading all the way to the property so you can walk there with your luggage if you need to. The staff here are professional, courteous, and inviting. It made for a comfortable stay. The food at the restaurant in the hotel, in my opinion, was excellent. One of the best meals I had while in Italy. The rooms are small, which is to be expected since it’s Europe, but it’s worth noting. The only negative was that the bedding didn’t smell the freshest. May have been a one-off instance so it’s not a deal breaker. Overall, I highly rate Annia Park. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Venice.
