“First: The location is great! Much of NOLA is within walking distance, without the constant noise of the Quarter. The Uptown Mardi Gras parades pass a block away.Second: The beds are crazy comfortable and we woke with no aches or pains, a rarity for hotels and VRBOs. The rest of the flat is well-maintained and comfortable.Third: The host is super-responsive and pleasant. We'll definitely be back.”

The host was absolutely amazing and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Communication was quick and helpful from start to finish. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. It had all the amenities you could possibly need, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. After long tournament days, it was the perfect place……

“We really enjoyed the location which was one block from the streetcar stop. We could go one direction to the French Quarter and the other to the Garden District. The space is great for a family. Unfortunately, the beds are quite uncomfortable and the furnishings aren't adequate for the number of people it can accommodate. For example, it sleeps 6 but only 4 can sit in the living room.”

“It was a nice size property. No issues with neighborhood easy walk to streetcar. Only thing I will say was a negative there was no TV in guest rooms.”

“The location and property did not meet my standards Once entering the so called Condo there was an old and musty odor to it. I reached out to yhe property owner and it was nearly 2 hours later before she responded. Remind you the address was not provided until the day before and I normally do an aerial view to see what it would ok like. Meantime due to lack of proper communication I ended up having to rent a hotel. ”

“Great location, two blocks from the St Charles streetcar line that takes you straight to Canal and Bourbon Street. We had plenty of room for the six of us, lots of towels and everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms.The air conditioning didn't seem to be working, and the windows didn't open, so it was pretty warm. The floors weren't very clean, and we couldn't find any cleaning supplies; I think at having a broom and dustpan and some spray cleaner would be nice.Overall, satisfied with……
