“The seating and furnishings for this property are for 3 people only, there is no desk or work table, and the kitchen was as spartan as any place I can imagine. We typically stay at vacation rentals or hotels with a kitchenette. I’m used to better. This place had 3 coffee mugs, 5 spoons, 3 stools around the only table…. In a property I rented for 4 people! (We ended up being 2 people, but still). We had to hand wash things every day. Sofa was uncomfortable. Not a single real chair except for side……

“First: The location is great! Much of NOLA is within walking distance, without the constant noise of the Quarter. The Uptown Mardi Gras parades pass a block away.Second: The beds are crazy comfortable and we woke with no aches or pains, a rarity for hotels and VRBOs. The rest of the flat is well-maintained and comfortable.Third: The host is super-responsive and pleasant. We'll definitely be back.”

“Hi We enjoyed the visit in this apartment in New Orleans. Nice and clean apartment with lots of space, and you can walk to the french old town. The pool was not so clean but it was ok. Someone has written that the neighborhood was bad but we didn`t see that”

“The location of The Natchez is perfect--just across Canal Street from the French Quarter. Close to the streetcar stop if you choose to take it, but also within easy walking distance to Bourbon Street. Natchez Street is a small side street, so the entrance to the property is pretty nondescript, but once you step inside, it's beautiful! The smell hit me first; it smells soooo good! Everything about the inside has such a cool vibe. The contemporary artwork is beautiful. The rooms are really modern,……

“It was very clean, the linens were SPARSE!! No dishtowel, 2 washcloths, 3 towels for 3 people. The email about checkout going to charge for an extra night if not vacated by 10 am seemed harsh and greedy, especially after the cheapness of the less than 1 facecloth per guest and no conditioner. The hardwood floors have a few large holes that could be dangerous. I'd bring my own toiletries and stay again, realizing you cannot use the bathtub and need to bring your own facecloths, no handtowels……
