"The property itself is clean and visually appealing, and the bathrooms were well-maintained with consistently hot water, which I appreciated. However, several aspects of the experience fell short. The bedding was minimal - only what felt like a thin top sheet - which made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. Communication was also a recurring issue; reaching the front desk by phone required multiple attempts (often 8–9 calls in a row), and this happened more than once. Service was inconsistent. The night shift and valet staff were friendly and helpful, but the morning and daytime staff seemed disengaged and often redirected questions rather than assisting directly. Valet is $50 per night, and even then, I had to request my receipt multiple times before receiving it. There were also unexpected extra charges. Bag storage is $2 per item, regardless of size - even for something as small as a shopping bag or fanny pack - which felt excessive. Additionally, there is no breakfast offered on-site. While there is a coffee shop attached to the building, I would recommend exploring other nearby options instead. Overall, while the hotel looks nice and has some positives, the service, communication, and added fees significantly impacted the experience."
