We would like to address the complaint in regards to our other guests and their behavior while being on the premises of the hotel. We would like to pinpoint that there is a 24-hour security service provided in the hotel. Our Front Desk staff is always available 24/7 and will readily offer their assistance to our guests at any time during their stay. Please note that when incidents like this particular one is reported, a security employee is always sent to the rooms or hotel premises that are the source of noise, in order to make recommendations.Moreover, we apologize for the unforeseen incident that surfaced in regards to the elevators. We would like to inform you that the hotel has four elevators, two on each side, in order for all the guests to be accommodated during the high season. Kindly note that only two of the four elevators were out of service. Our Maintenance Department was informed on the spot and they took immediate action, in order to resolve the matter the soonest possible. The issue endured only for a few hours.We would be very appreciative, if you decide on being accommodated in the hotel once again. We are confident we will exceed your expectations and redeem ourselves, should we have the opportunity to hear from you again. Best Regards,
