Not so hood

Given a smoking room when I wanted non. Came back to room at 9PM and found a guy working on the sink drain.

Needs updating

Needs updating. Towels were an issue and continental breakfast was disappointing. Coffee was bad! Staff was very courteous and pleasant.

I stayed here and they didn't have the room I reserved. I was told I'd get a discount from who I booked with. I waited and finally called and they didn't even know about it. So the front desk lady didn't even turn it in for a discount. I reserved a king suite and the room I got the hot tub didn't work. I will never go back. Save your the trouble.

What a nightmare

Upon check in which took about 40 min because that manager had no idea what he was doing I was initially told my reserved rooms were unavailable then when I finally received my keys one of the rooms was occupied. So yes we opened the door on other guest. I definitely will not be staying here again.

Hotel is not up to it's websites standards.

I reserved a room for two nights. When we got there which was late at night I was checking in and the hotel lobby smelled of pot. Upon checking in the lady made sure to tell me that there was no smoking in the rooms and she meant no smoking at all and that included marijuana because they were having a very big problem with that. We requested a double room with double beds because there was 5 of us we got one room with two beds and we had to pay for a rollaway bed. We were put by the exit doors where people were going in and out throughout the whole entire night there was arguing in the hallway the hallway wreaked of pot one of the beds didn't even have pillows I can continue to go on but I'm not on the plus side the pool area was nice except for in the deep end the drain lid kept coming up which we fell into one time and the bottom of the pool was scratchy it cut my foot and my husband's foot

Over all fine but no water pressure and no washcloths. Good thing I was too tired to shower before I left.

Awful

At no fault of the hotel the power went out Friday and found out that the hotel doesn't have a back up generator then the cable went out so we didn't have tv for a couple days and for some reason we had no hot water for a Sunday and Monday so we didn't have a very good experience but the worst part is when I brought this to the we were never offered a discount or acentiv of any kind.

Incredible stay

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast had a variety of choices. Definitely kid friendly. I stayed for 5 days and had 3 rooms because I took several people with me and the staff was incredible the entire time . Anything I wanted or needed right on point. I would choose this hotel every time.

Great value

This hotel is an excellent value. Clean and comfortable, with pool and hot tub.
