Very good stay. Only negative was the floor in our room had a slight slant from the center of the room to one edge.

Upon entering my room, I was impressed by its cleanliness and modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The room also featured a spacious layout and thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home.

The only thing negative (and it could be my fault for overlooking this) but I booked it because of pet friendliness, and the rate was a set amount, and they charge $25 more if you have a pet. That should be more up front in the rate details, in my opinion. Otherwise the property & staff have been exceptional & it’s remarkably quiet in the room for being so close to a busy interstate.

We were welcomed warmly upon entering and the lobby was very clean. Check in was easy. The whole hotel looks newish or recently updated, however a closet look reveals a lot of little issues with the room. At least in ours. Nothing that would ruin your stay but you can tell they don’t really fix issues or fix them properly. We did like the room and it was very clean and smelled nice. The king size bed was comfortable. The room was large which was weird because the bathroom was small. The toilet was so close to the sink that you could not stand between so only one person could be in there at a time. The Dove soap for everything was nice. My wife especially enjoyed that. Everything from the iron and fridge worked as expected. The one major scare we had was the elevator. It shook so much and made a lot of weird sounds. The continental breakfast was a C at best. On Sunday they had a pancake machine that didn’t work, dry turkey sausage, and overcooked cheese omelets. The options overall were lacking. We might stay here again. The only reservation I have is that elevator. It really needs to be maintained.

Very nice room, clean and the bed and pillows super comfy. Lot's of hotcwater and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly too bad the pool was closed for maintenance. Would stay there again as the rate was also reasonable.

This property needs serious cleaning. Get rid of all the carpet. It’s wet and smelly. And you can actually see that the carpet is not vacuumed. The tv remote in our room was covered in what I hope was food. Luckily I travel with Clorox wipes. The elevator was frightening, it bumps and jerks along, then stops abruptly, jarring. This was our second visit here. Will be our last. Sad, because IHG properties are our favorite

The doors slamming and being woke up to the sound of the neighbors was not pleasant. However, I loved the comfort of the beds and pillows. The bathrooms were way too small also.

Not bad, but not worth staying again. Room was clean and staff were kind. Hotel is just in rough shape, I'd bet it's not a Holiday Inn Express much longer... Red roof or super 8 is going to be a sign on that hotel soon.

Very old and dingy. The hot tub and pool water were gross looking. They definitely tried to update the rooms but the tubs look super dingy and the walls need to be repainted. I feel like for 150+ a night I could have gotten a better room at the super 8 or something.

The tv kept going out for 5 minutes and stay on for about 15 minutes this was happening to all the room all night and all day they been working on the problem for several days. They could have told me before handing me the key. The rooms was noisy you could hear the other entrance doors banging all day. This place needs some improvement.

Good overnight stay
Our room was comfortable, clean, quiet, and we felt safe. I enjoyed the fitness room and hot tub. We liked having a larger TV. Breakfast was full, hot and tasty. The location is good and easy to get to from the freeway. Yes, we would stay here again.
