My stay was pleasant nothing to really complain about just that my room could have been cleaner but was not bad enough to complain over great trip.

Great Customer servicePosted Mar 10, 2015
Pros: It's always been well maintained and we've stayed here many times since it was built and it's always been clean and friendly.
Cons: The street entrance has always been awkward but it appears like there's another street going in so it should improve soon.
Location: There's not a lot of activity of a touristic nature in the Metter area but it is on I-16 and easily accessed.
The staff were very helpful and made sure all family members were as close together as possible. The facility is clean and well maintained. We didn't have breakfast the motel prepared but it looked well done. We meet family elsewhere not because their breakfast wasn't appealing. I gave facilities a 4 only because it appears they are changing heat/air units and some rooms still have old units. But the unit in our room was still new enough to have the plastic still on the digital dial and worked great. We've stayed at this facility multiple times and have not been disappointed yet and it has always been well maintained. The street entrance to the facility has always been quirky as it is behind other businesses and it's always been awkward. But it looks like the municipality is planning another street next to it so I'm sure it will improve with that's completed. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in the Metter area.

No Glamour or GlitzPosted Jan 25, 2015 on Hotels
Room was clean but smelled funny. The hotel does have same age to it, but for the price what could you expect. I would stay here again. No pool.

Horrible Experience from the StartPosted Dec 14, 2014 on Hotels
Even though we had booked a non-smoking room, weeks earlier, we were given the last room in the hotel when we arrived. It was a SMOKING room and a handicap-accessible room which did not have a tub. I couldn't sleep all night because of my allergy to smoke which caused my sinuses to close up. All of our clothes, luggage, and our bodies smelled like cigarettes for the rest of the day and now, 3 days later, my car still smells like cigarettes. The ironing board had something resembling dried, bloody snot on it. The FREE breakfast did not include any real coffee cream but the packets of dry powder so my husband had to walk to McDonaldss for coffeee for us. The desk clerk handed out directions to the Georgia Southern graduation location which led us AWAY from the school as it told us to turn RIGHT when we should have turned left. We were EXTREMELY disappointed in this hotel stay. The only positive is that it was close enough to the McDonalds that my husband could walk over for decent coffee.

Free breakfast was not good. The omelettes were cold. The bacon was not good.
