Excellent location but room in dire need of updating bathroom and TV. Musty smell and damp stains on ceilings. Breakfast Excellent and staff helpfull. Parking nearby but not on site.

Difficulties in getting to the Hotel.
Perfect position once reached ! No notice provided saying that anyone driving with luggage could not get near to the hotel. Directions to the nearest car park with info that guests will have to walk in should be made clear. Otherwise a great hotel.

This was a lovely hotel. The room was very clean. Service was good. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The area was safe and in a spectacular part of the city. Would definitely go there again.

Wonderful!
The hotel employees/staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful! The hotel is beautiful although the floor in our room did slope a bit. However if you consider the age of the building it’s a little understandable and it didn’t make our room any less comfortable. We had a full view of the square. The room was a good size and very clean. The hotel buffet breakfast was great with a lot of variety and consistently delicious each morning! We had carry on luggage only and it was an easy walk from the train station to the hotel. The hotel is perfectly located and the surrounding area wonderful to explore!

Beautiful location and lovely building
Even during Covid restrictions this hotel managed a high level of service. Ideally located in beautiful Stanislas Square next to the very interesting Parc de la Pepiniere. Very nice short stay.

Unfortunately, when you've booked the room you've choice a fixed price and non-refundable. It costs about 10euros more when you book, to have a refundable accommodation. Great Location
This hotel is in the square, we parked the car a couple of streets away and it was very easy to walk through the old town. The reception staff were helpful and spoke very good English. The room was clean. We declined the €18 breakfast and had a great breakfast in town for €4.

lovely stay
Nice hotel with high quality service, excellent breakfast and perfect views is Stanislas square. I came for professional reasons and will come back for personal reasons.

My sort of hotel. Understated elegance.comfortable room. Modern bathroom. Quiet. Nice public areas. Attentive staff. Good restaurant where every help was given to help us get through meal in time for opera. Lovely food, and wine,elegantly presented. Only sorry I can spend just one night here this time.

First floor room and no elevator. Poorly designed bathroom, showering got the bathroom floor all wet and slippery.

Hotel with construction
Getting to the hotel was a mess due to construction. Parking is down the street so you have to walk with your luggage. The people at the reception were very helpful. Our friends did not have air conditioning all night in their room.
