This is a very practical hotel for people visiting central Mexicali. It’s close to the border crossing and a Soriana. The main highway runs right past it so it’s easy to get to other parts of the city. Every day we had to have our keycards remagnetized. Staff were friendly and the free parking with electric vehicle charging was a huge plus!

The hotel Fiesta INN was one of my favorite it was clean the staff always good specially Yolanda from the restaurant, but the property was dirty, bedsheets toallas, little paper toilet…well was the las time stay in this property's

Needs updating
King room doesn't sleep four. Double beds are very uncomfortable. Elevator was not working. You can sure hear the train Monday morning. I have to say the location is good.

First night everything was good until I woke up with a bite on my elbow. Didn’t think much until the next day my sister woke up with bites on her arms and stomach and buttocks. My son had a bite mark on his face. We put the puzzle together and realized, the mattress had/ has BED BUGS!!!!!!! Will never stay here again got home throwing all of our belongings away just so that we wouldn’t bring them in side our home. Worst experience ever!

The staff had trouble smiling, and at least on one occasion, I was ignored when trying to call their attention. They talked a lot among themselves, and not greeted the customer. The breakfast buffett was OVERPRICED. Burnt bacon on one end, undercooked on the other end; not enough variety; and once they run out of something, they wouldn't refill it for a long time. I was there for about an hour and they never made the promised oatmeal. The worst experience was the dirty towels in the room. I think they either wash too many at one time, and therefore they do not get a good wash, or, they look at a towel hanging properly and think it was not used, and therefore, they don't wash it. We had dirty towels in BOTH ROOMS we booked on this stay. This points to the fact this was not a coincidence, but a common practice. We will NOT stay here again.

This is a great place to stay! It's conveniently located on one of the main roads (the same road that continues to San Felipe). My check-in experience was bad only because their computer system had crashed, and they had to do everything by hand (and I arrived at 15:00 - check-in time). Otherwise, it's a wonderful, reasonably priced hotel.
