Recently we stay at this hotel which was high rated but my experience was not good at all. fist the hotel key did it work, it work for the first time then we whent out but when we came back the key didnt work we call receptionist the handy man took hours to show up "because it was late", then we had a meet point at this hotel with two family members which they had to pay just to be with us while we was getting ready to head out to the tour city so we ended paying $1,200 pesos and they collect ID's from them and make them sing paper with their information becuase that is the hotel policy thats the first time i heard that. If you go to eat at restaurant they take for ever to bring your food waitress disappears if you need something you have to stand up and look for then. This is just our experience maybe we just had bad luck or who knows.
