The staff were nice and helpful. Our hotel room was outdated, but did the job as we were only there for sleeping and showering. There were multiple stains on the floor, our bathroom light went out, our tv remote didn’t work, and there was no air conditioning. For the price, it’s a fair place to stay as it’s super close to popular tourist areas and has many food places nearby.

The hotel is very old and doesn't appear to ever have been refurbished.... All the photos are from when the pool was installed years ago. Now the pool is missing tiles and was dirty the one time we stayed there... The internet was so bad we could not even use it for simple whatsapp messaging... And our phones would only receive a cell signal when sitting on the window sill. The only area internet worked was in the business area where the chairs are old and uncomfortable... The food is more costly in the hotel than in surrounding areas. Walk out of the hotel and turn right two blocks and a full meal was 45mxn pesos compared to the hotel restaurant at 120 pesos.. Elevators... One elevator was broken.. The only other elevator shook and shuddered and groaned so bad, that our family walked up and down 7 flights of stairs to avoid using the elevator... The rooms were horribly hot. We had to ask for a fan and keep it on high and the windows open to keep the temperature manageable... But then mosquitos would enter and ate us up all night. The mattresses are more than 15 years old and were unbearable hard. The ceiling in the bathroom was covered in mold and the vent for the toilet vented into the bathroom... If the door was left open the odor of human excrement would fill the room... If the door was closed the wave would roll out and fill the room when you enter or exit the bathroom... I may have had 5 hours sleep total in 3 nights Everything was old.... Horrible experience!

Bien ubicado, viejo, austero, tarifa competitiva.
El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación cerca del Monumento a la Revolución y de muchos lugares de interés, restaurantes. Es un hotel viejo y las instalaciones así lo evidencian; la habitación donde estuve no tiene aire acondicionado y la ventana no tiene mosquitero; no hay secadora y solamente ponen unas barritas de jabón (sin shampoo, crema, gorra de baño); el elevador no nos inspiraba confianza y mejor usamos las escaleras de subida y de bajada. Tiene un restaurant que aunque no comimos en él, me dio buena impresión. El trato con el personal fue muy poco, pero muy bueno, sin problemas para checkin y checkout. Lo recomiendo en plan austero, esencialmente para salir temprano y regresar tarde exclusivamente a descansar. La tarifa fue muy competitiva, no me siento defraudado, lo pudiera considerar nuevamente en el mismo plan que fui.

The hotel is too old feels very dirty and stinky, the bathrooms are old, no A/C, no shampoo, no breakfast included, no drinking water. I will not stay here again, could not wait to get out of there

The hotel has various photos of the type of room I booked, but seems like all of them are nicer than the one I got. It was very cramped and basic. And it wasn't even that much cheaper than the nice ones I've stayed at before.

El personas son fue agradable, el hotel se quedó atrapado en los 80s pero a pesar de esto la habitación estaba muy limpia… el elevador se está cayendo a pedasos pero por el precio no me puedo quejar mas… es más un motel de paso que un hotel.

Adding to the points made earlier: - during check-in, reception staff could advise about the safe in the room and other things - like restaurant and bar schedule, etc. They don't say anyting until you ask. - restaurant is not a buffet, as stated in the hotel description. And it's not open at 7 am and not 7 days a week.

Most of the staff were friendly. Convenient location. Wi-fi worked alright. Totally unamused with: - so-called `view`from the room - stinky-dirty carpet in the room - no cups or glasses in the room - no power outlet near the bed - the floor in the room was rarely cleaned - the floor in the bathroom was never washed in 3 wks - only 2 towels - alberca is open only till 6pm - restaurant staff is not very friendly - dirty dishes in the restaurant - overall shabby condition of the property - elevator that stops on the 4th floor - ugly paintings - no mini-fridge in the room - misinformation about amenities (see below): - no hair-drier! - 'toiletries' included only soap! - no shampoo nor conditioner nor body lotion - restaurant opens at 7:30 - not at 7am! - restaurant is not open 7 days a week!

La ubicación es muy buena , la mayoría de staff son muy serviciales, excepto el hombre de la recepción no es muy atento. Les faltan trabajadores por que solo vi pocos, a la alberca no le dan mantenimiento subimos un día y estaba muy sucia el agua entre azul , verde y amarillo, con basura y un poco de lama. En la noche hacen mucho ruido en el area de limpieza y se puede escuchar en algunos de los cuartos de en medio.

Terrible estadía. El cuarto jamás fue lo que se vio en fotos; el servicio es pésimo. Parece hotel de mala muerte. Toallas que puedes ver a través de ellas; ni siquiera el cuarto enfriaba y no hay como controlar el aire. En general jamás recomendare este hotel. El precio es bueno pero nada más
