Pros: the rooms and the cleaning
Location: Good location and near to all
Nice building and very good location, the concierge is very kind and have free parking, free wi-fi.

Great Hotel!!

Pros: Also Self Parking is Free!! And if you want Valet Service just need to pay a Tip and thats it! Wow. Also they have Wireless Printing Cool!!
Cons: The Food at the restaurant is 7.
Location: The Location is the only thing is not perfect but you can take Uber and for 4.00 USD yes only that you will be at the Patriotismo Galleria.
Great Hotel the staff is really helpful and kind the Hotel is really Nice looking big rooms with really soft towels a lot of them not just two. The room was very quiet even that I was in front of the main street not noise at all. Internet is fast like hell really love that. They have a router per floor I was on the 3rd floor but in the lobby is really fast to. For the price that I get is a most get. Keep up with the good work and nice promotions :-)

Lost my Phone

i lost my iphone in a taxi; the taxi driver took it back to the hotel but someone keep it; i was notified by find my iphone the phone was found but some turned it off i talked to one of the managers he was suppoed to come back to me but no one reached me

Nice hotel, very close to public transportation

Pros: Location, rooms and restaurant service.
Cons: Taxi service at affordable rates. The difference between the hotel rates and the street rates is high.
Location: Close to Chapultepec and Reforma, not so far from Zocalo. They have a tourist office in the lobby.
Well known hotel, transportation from the airport was easy and fast. Moving to tourist places and along the city was very easy, fast and cheap. The hotel provides services: restaurant, gym, bar, parking. The rooms were always clean and neat.

Clean and convenient

The hotel stay was fine. At the time of arrival, there was a large group checking in. It was an absolute chaos with nobody from the hotel staff taking control nor trying to bring order to the process. It took us over 30 minutes to find our way to the counter. Our room was clean and comfortable, but when we turned the A/C on, the fan was hitting the side of the vent and produced a clacking noise. Reported that that to the front desk but nothing was done about it. At the time to check out, I stopped by the front counter to see if our bill was settled; we were told everything was fine, but when we tried to retrieve our car from valet parking, we were told we needed to go back to the front desk and ask for our checkout pass. Back to the counter to be told we only needed the valet pass we already had and we've presented to the attendant. Very frustrating...

Cons: Service service service
Terrible check in we're the changes on the reservations were not reflected I had to spend more than 1/2 hour fixing the issue, they forgot to wake us up on 2 of the rooms. I complain and not a single manager was kind enough to speak with me or anyone on the party.

everything was o.k except my first day i order dinner and they forgot about it and call me at 10pm to ask me if i want the dinner and in the restaurant the waiters terrible they dont know how to treat a costumer

Location: dont go to the oxxo beside the hotel. the guy in that shop will cheating you money.If you dont have Mexican money.
bathroom was so terrable. all the stuff were broken. And I made a late check out already. But still had someone come to my room and notice me I should check out.
