Terrible check in we're the changes on the reservations were not reflected I had to spend more than 1/2 hour fixing the issue, they forgot to wake us up on 2 of the rooms.
I complain and not a single manager was kind enough to speak with me or anyone on the party.

First of all I want to offer an apology as due to an error in your mail not detected early on and only until revinate me back as a bug, that's how I realized that I had not gotten any of my emails forgive you.
But as we said , actually had a problem with your reservation and for that reason you had to wait to be allocated a room , the other report that exposes us is the alarm room occupied , same as our system has recorded as made however we will pay more attention to these services to achieve your complete satisfaction.
