The hotel room is awfully decorated, smelled like mold and in between the bathroom and the bed there is only a thin glass window!

Pros: Location
Cons: Room
Location: Close to WTC, lots of restaurants around
Service is good but rooms need an urgent facelift

Comfortable hotel although a little jaded in terms of furnishings. Good location for my business needs.

Good for business trip only

A few things not functioning in the room, like the electric blinds, hair dryer and bath tub pug was not functional. Called maintenance but the language barrier prevented them form fixing it. No one even bothered to come to my room.

Room we stayed in was OK but the rooms are a little tired - good news is they are about to refurbish them.

Indeed dear guest, we have just begun to remodel our rooms and will be in 3 stages: the first one is to repair and paint all wood furniture, second to remodel bathrooms and third, to introduce the new furniture, lighting and automated controls. We think that by late 2017 our hotel will complete this remodeling. We look forward to serve you again in the near future.
