Unfortunately I had my Lululemon pants stolen. Brand new, they disappeared from my luggage. Very disappointed, everything went well until I realized this happened and nobody could help!

Property can use some serious upkeep. The floorboards in my room were loose and chipped, the toilet leaked where it came out of the wall. Staff was excellent and let me check in early but would think twice about staying again until some changes are made.

Not a pleasant welcome. Hotel is average!
When we arrived the hotel had cancelled our reservation arguing credit card issues, never happened before in my life. Assigned us an inferior room for the first night with the fare of the superior room. Hotel is well located. Don’t think I’ll stay there again.

Not the cleanest room, found a lot of dust in the desk area and around the coffee pot so did not use. The fridge never cooled and the a/c ran nonstop but never got below 25 degrees celsius. The staff at the front desk was never the same, when I got in they said I could leave my luggage and it would be placed in my room. When I checked in a few hours later my bag was not in my room and the front desk person was not super nice about bringing it up.

Pros: Great location. Cons:Not worthy for the money you pay. Walkways, elevators are very congested. Medium standards. You are paying the price of Marriot Spring hill suites but you get the room as Motel 9. Pictures are deceiving.

The Exe Suites Reforma was clean & spacious & the hot breakfast buffet was excellent. The location was wonderfully central to the historic central zone, Chapultepec Park, & literally across the street from the Reforma 222 shopping mall & the restaurants & pubs in Zona Rosa. Totally excellent & affordable!

Nice location if you want to stay close to Reforma and shopping malls. The rooms are ok, althought there are some cleaning issues in the bathroom. The hotel looks safe but I would be cautious at night, as the areas around doesn't look safe. I may return if I have to go back to the area, but it would not be my best choice.

The hotel was good, clean. the reception staff was excellent, the only serious problem we had was the air conditioning expelled a lot of dust, it needs to change the filter more often, and the biggest problem was that this is a non-smoke-free building, and a guest in the same floor didn't stop smoking on the same floor even though we reported it, all the smoke came to our room, it was actually very unpleasant. for everything else it was very good

The staff was amazing, especially the day desk gentleman. Location is terrific but the room isn't great. It was clean, but very basic. The advertised balcony is just a patio door opening to a juliette step out. No room to sit outside. No common area to sit inside either. There is breakfast offered onsite but too expensive and in a boring room off the reception. Flooring in my unit really needed replacement.

BEWARE!!!! I was given a code for a secure wifi network. The named network didn’t show up on the list of available networks. Only an unsecured network. The gentleman at the desk said that I couldn’t see the secure network because I was using an iPhone to connect. I have never had an issue seeing secure networks on a list of networks. The gentleman said that the unsecured network was perfectly safe. He had me go to several websites that had the “lock” icon indicating that they were “safe”. I would have used my cell phone cellular for internet access but my Travel Plus plan had been dropped. I had to use the unsecured network to go online to fix my travel plan. While I was online doing this, I got a phone call from a security division of a credit card I never use and didn’t bring with me, asking me if I had just made a charge of $195 in Mexico City on that card. No! My phone had been immediately hacked while I was on the unsecured wifi network! I have since learned that some hotels are paid by hackers to have unsecured wifi networks precisely for this purpose. BEWARE!!!!!

There are 0 amenities. I asked the only employee at the front desk Baruk the night before about late checkout which he quoted as being half the price of the per night stay until 4pm. The next morning at 1140am the other employee Maria Isabel informed me that there would be no late check out and i would have to leave the property in 30 mins or pay the new rate which was 3x times the amount I had booked for late checkout or overnight stay. I had to book another hotel at 1/3 EXE pricing for the rest of the day so that I would not have to wander the streets like a homeless person. Maria Isabel made no zero attempt to help me and told me the new 3x rate was the rate for that day and i had 30 mins to leave. I explained spoke with the night staff Baruk and asked her to contact him as I already had a quote. When I asked to speak with a manager she said there was no one else to help. I will NEVER stay at EXE again. Maria Isabel should not work with customers and the only nice person at the hotel were the cleaning staff and the breakfast server (he should be made manager what a kind person). Thanks for NADA maria Isabel.

Great location, nice property, friendly staff. The only think I didn’t love is that there’s no shower door so the bathroom floor gets wet. This is common in Mexico. It’s stylish but not practical. Small gripe. Otherwise a great hotel!

The area is safe, the hotel room was convenient; however, the bathroom doesn’t have privacy. The package I got included breakfast and the service was not the best. The coffee was warm almost cold, I asked for egg whites to the cook and they brought full egg, even though when I explained I was allergic.

Comfortable stay but too warm for my liking
Everything was great except for the A/C, the room was never cool. I believe it must have been externally controlled since the hallway was cooler than the room even after I complained and at times felt like the heater was on instead of the cooler. The price was right for a mini suite but not sure I would stay here again.

Warm AC, no bedside outlets.
You can take the subway lines from airport to get to this hotel. A bit of an adventure but for 10 pesos it was worth the money saved. I've stayed here 3 times and have yet to get a room that looks like the photos! The first room had a serious water leak and bathroom was flooded upon entry. They moved me to another room and the AC never got below 75F. It was just blowing warm air. The sink is way too small for any adult to use and putting two thin pillows on a king size bed is an insult. Lastly the room has no bedside outlets. I won't stay here again. NH Hotel is a good option if you can get it for a good price.

Horrendous customer service. Photos are deceiving. it looks like every room has a balcony which is untrue. I arrived around noon which is a reasonable time and was made to wait til 3 even though the room was available. When I found out room didn’t have balcony I asked to pay additional for upgrade. And this is where things got ridiculous. Manager wanted to charge double what the online rate was. She then tells me to call hotels.com to have them do it. So much unnecessary back and forth between hotel and hotels.com. After being on the phone for 2 hours I never got the upgrade. They wanted to charge me a $60 fee to upgrade the room. Absolutely ridiculous. Penalty for wanting to spend more money? I ended up leaving after wasting 3 hours of my day. The manager could care less. Hideous experience. Would never come here again.
