Very accessible to the airport and their shuttle was on time and efficient. Pool and gym were well kept and restaurant is spacious. Rooms were clean and had everything needed. Spacious, quiet and peaceful room. Very nice courtyard and grounds. Friendly front desk staff, shuttle bus driver, and guard. Only complaint is loud air conditioner and a musty smell from air conditioner.

Conveniently close to airport, clean room and comfortable bed. Booked for 2 adults and 2 kids and at check-in they tried to say that my 12 year old counts as an adult and I would have to pay the extra person charge. I questioned it and they gave me a courtesy pass. That was the only hiccup.

Property is generally good, the staff at the front desk is slow and need better systems for checking in people. I was in line for 30 minutes to only get my key and it was midnight. I had to get an uber from the airport to the hotel because I was not able to get in contact with the hotel for the shuttle pick up service. They never saw my messages. In the morning I was able to get a shuttle ride back to the airport and the service was nice, driver super helpful and efficient.

It says pet friendly, but beware last minute they will tell you its almost 1200 peso for your dog to say. The room was like a fun house. Floor un even and very worn. Maybe because it a pet room? The shuttle was great. Staff excellent. I felt welcome. If you book a 4 person room. Look out if you add a third person they charge for that too! Money here money there. Buffet was ok though. I paid for three only two ate no refund of course on the third person. I would stay again for the convenience. But dog can stay home. Asked for late check out. But of course there's a 960 peso fee for that. So no help there. A big no!!

Great location, very close to the airport. They have a shuttle service 24 hours to any terminal, rooms are nice and clean, staff is friendly and hotel is gated so it feels safe. Will definitely come back again.

I like this brand in general, convenient for a short stay, with parking available. This time I was upgrades to a suite, two huge rooms. I wish I was staying longer. I took a shuttle from and to the airport and it was very convenient. The service in the restaurant was strange. More waiters than customers, but they do not make eye contact, so you just sit and hope. This could be improved. My room had wast views of the inner garden, that was nice.

The hotel has a free shuttle to and from the airport. It's convenient if your taking in a concert at the stadium down the street. It's clean; quiet and comfortable. UBER into town is approximately $25usd from this hotel

I had a really good stay at Fiesta Inn in Mexico City. The location made it easy to get around, and check-in was quick and smooth. The staff were friendly and always helpful, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi. Everything was well maintained, and housekeeping kept it in great shape during my stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay with good service and solid value. I’d definitely stay here again.
