Convenient location; clean hotel

Initially we were given a room different from what we booked, however once we alerted the staff, they swiftly corrected the issue. Tv wasn't working in our room but we weren't too concerned with that. There's also free coffee and water out in the hallways.

The front desk staff is drastically below par.

Very comfortable neighborhood and a great location for our base for day excursions. Convenient access to the subway, walking distance to museums. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I would stay here again on future visits.

The hotel seems to be very noisy now and then The management does little about telling guests to keep it quiet after hours

Rooms are run down and not very clean

The rooms are a bit run down and the bathroom was not clean, the sink wouldn´t work either. The staff at reception was rude (and given that Mexico has excellent service, this is a lot to say). I would never stay here again.

Excellent location

The hotel is in a great location in Colonia Roma. Outside of hotel and lobby are nice and very contemporary. Rooms are small and dark. The lights are too dim. Bedding and towels can use a replacement as they been in use way too long. One of my towels had a hole from being so worn. Staff was great and friendly. Overall stay was pleasant but I expected a bit more.

Great home base for exploring Mexico City.

We spent 8 nights at this hotel, and had a fantastic time. From the art filled lobby to the pool table and the roof deck, there were so many little details that made our stay special. I especially appreciated the fresh fruit waters that greeted us in the lobby after a long day exploring the city. The room itself was comfortable and well appointed, though I did wish the pillows were a bit softer.
