Nice hotel off Reforma

This was my second stay at this property. The check-in and check-out processes were fast and efficient. The reception staff speaks english. The hotel is well maintained and rooms are kept clean. The location is near to many restaurants, bars, the Angel of Independence. My only (minor) complaint is that the beds are a bit on the firm side - but this did not affect my ability to sleep, as the rooms are comfortable.

The upgraded our room for using Expedia which was awesome. I will definitely be using both in the future

Excellent hotel in excellent location

I was really impressed with this hotel which was very reasonably priced, was located in a very central location, and was very clean and comfortable. The wifi speed was decent and free. The buffet was pretty good too. We couldn’t get the heat to work in our room, so it was slightly cool but in all fairness, we failed to mention it to them until the last day. Overall, love this hotel and would stay again.

Pros: Location is amazing with so much going on in every direction Staff very friendly
Location: Close to everything
Very accommodating One of my children was sick and had to postpone their flight back They helped us link an Expedia reservation to the room and could not have been nicer at the front desk

Good Zona Rosa hotel

Zona Rosa can be very noisy area with lots of music and clubs. The Galeria is in heart of action but very peaceful and quiet. Great rooftop pool area with view of Angel of Independence easily visible.

Modern, central, affordable

I have stayed in many so called 4 and 5 star hotel in MX City but this was the first I would give 4 star rating. Good facilities, professional staff, modern rooms, nice rooftop, and their pizzas taste beats the nearby big chains ;)

Pros: The outstanding customer service by ILSE who made the whole checking in process easy for me.
Cons: I would say in the business center to have more options for breakfast.
I would say ILSE was very helpful with my experience at the this hotel, She made the checking process very easy for me, and told me about the perks Expedia VIP members get. I would she gave me outstanding customer service, and she keeps me wanted to come back to this wonderful hotel. I would say to try this hotel you won't be disappointed.

Convenient Location Clean Room but Extremely Noisy

I want to mention what a great job our cleaning person did during our stay. Other than that I feel that the lobby staff is somewhat pushy and the surroundings of the hotel very noisy due to 24x7 construction going on. The location is very convenient to many attractions, restaurants and bars. Easy access to Roma and Condesa as well.

Looks clean but not

Carpets really dirty; shower flooded the bathroom every time requiring many towels to clean up
