Great location, but a bit noisy.

Posted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: location
Cons: as a 4 star hotel i will expect: friendlier staff, some extra amenities as slippers, replenish body lotion or free bottel of water
Location: many great restaurants and avenida reforma, which is amazing for shopping, stroll or jog.
Its was decent hotel very well located, walking distance from many great spots to eat and visit. its was a bit noisy, but its a huge city so its kind of expected. there was great new restaurant attached to the hotel.

Wonderful Hotel, staff and location.

Posted Aug 19, 2015
Pros: We loved that the hotel staff was able to access a safe, unmarked cab for us, this was huge as the others were a little scary to ride in.
Cons: I can't think of anything.
Location: Very well located, we felt very safe, close to shopping, restaurants, Chapultepec, Angel de Indepencia, Zona Rosa and The Reforma.
It was absolutely wonderful, we found the staff helpful and love the fact that the hotel is equipped to store luggage, electronics, etc. daily for guests, this was wonderful for our peace of mind, as I feel uncomfortable leaving my electronics in our room, due to the Very sensitive nature of my work, client info, etc.

Good staff, but you have to pay for everything.

Posted Aug 18, 2015
Pros: It is closed to the Angel de la Independencia and to very nice places. It is clean.
Cons: They have to give free things as coffee room to their clients, and taxis and restaurant be less expensive.
Location: It is Avenida Reforma a block from the hotel, and several landmarks close, it is a very nice small cinema crossing the avenue.
The restaurant is very expensive, the taxi from the hotel ask $27 dollars for a trip that in other taxi were $4, we have to pay for the coffe pack to put in the coffee pot in the room, it is the first time we have to pay for the courtesy coffee in the room, they do not put tea bags, the refrigerator was locked, we have to pay for the water bottle if we want, and they took it away without asking us, last day we did not have hand towels, we have to pay for printing the plane tickets, you have to pay for everything, they are stingy.

Nice hotel in the center

Posted Aug 17, 2015
We love staing in this hotel. The staff is really nice. The restaurant downstairs is delicious! And the hotel 24h room service is super good! The only thing that was bothering us is that the window in the room could not be opened! Anyway it was pleasure to stay there.

街の中心で移動には便利

Posted Aug 14, 2015

People need training on customer service and more

Posted Aug 11, 2015
Pros: The fact that my room was isolated and I didn't have to deal with your lame staff. The only nice people are your cleaning staff.
Cons: You all really need training on customer service. Your double checking system is stupid as your people are poorly trained in both floors.
Location: Your don't tell people about events that are happening around the area. I missed my flight because my previously hired taxi couldn't get to your hotel
This hotel has two different checking systems to indicate that you are under business class or regular class. However, the way employees attitude is the same: rude. They lack training and customer service skills. Their attitude is bad and they don't know how to treat locals. They bow their heads to the foreigns and treat their own wrong. I checked it with a friend who was visiting and the receptionist mentioned that my room was strictly for one person as well as my "complimentary" food as if my friend looked hungry to eat there. Their behavior is obnoxious in every way. They smile at you and tell you you can't eat their lame breakfast because you are late as if they were paying for that. They charge a lot of money for that and won't let you have it if you are late claiming they have to do their job, which is to say "no" to you while the food lays there. Really a bad place to stay if you do business overseas where the hours don't match and oops too bad you missed your meals there. I won't recommend anyone from my company to book there and certainly wouldn't take any family member. Obnoxious people. Bad service. Not ashame on their behaviour either. In addition, they have events in Reforma and they close all the streets around this hotel even the night before. My taxi previously hired couldn't get there the night before and the day I departed. I was late to my next flight and people don't even bother you to inform you in advanced.
