Not enough staff spoke English. Water from bathroom sink faucet was quite weak. Doorman Luis was very nice. Restaurant staff was good, but some days no one on duty spoke English Noise (incl. conversations) came through walls from adjacent rooms.
One of the stayed days the room service was completed. They left one of the wet towals and never replaced a clean ones. I asked and complain about it to the front desk but they did not help.
