Needs a retractable facial mirror. Breakfast is not free and is not worth the money.

Too Expensive no internet

Pros: Location (in the Airport)
Cons: Service, internet and if they know that anyone will repair or build anything they need to inform the guests.
Location: Mexico City Airport and the international departure terminal
It took some time for the check in, they offered internet in the rooms but no internet at all. I asked them to check if it was a problem with the router or any technical problem but after 3 times no one checked anything. Construction noises in the middle of the night (it was impossible to slept).

Excellent Hotel at MEX Airport

Excellent option if stay close or at the airport in Mexico City is required. Well located at Terminal 1 has restaurant and room service 24/7. Breakfast served starting at 5:30 am.

Easy access and safe

Confortable bed, quite, restaurant inside the hotel, but you can take the elevator and there are many more restaurants inside the terminal

Great hotel for layover in Mexico city

Pros: Location and bed
Cons: Stale mop smell in the bathroom
Location: Right in Terminal 1 so lots of shops & restaurants. Access to Mexico City available.
We spent the night at this hotel for our layover. The hotel was in Terminal 1 but there is a shuttle to and from Terminal 2. The room was a bit small, the bathroom had a stale mop smell but the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very cordial and welcoming. We would recommend staying there.

Super Convenient Choice At MEX

Excellent choice for early morning departure or brief stay during connection at MEX. One negative: it's extremely difficult to find the hotel from the outside of the airport. Signage at departure driveway/drop-off is confusing or non-existent. And no one working the drop-off area seemed to know how to get to Hilton. I eventually walked half the departure area to avoid a third go-around in taxi.

Good location

Pros: It's nice and close to the airport. That is my main point.
Cons: The atmosphere inside the room feels cold and impersonal. This could be improved.
Location: Airport!
The staff at this hotel were attentive. It seems that this time I came at a bit busier time than I'd been before and had to chance to speak to other guests who held this hotel in high esteem. That was good news to me as the previous two times I'd stayed here I'd been very disappointed. It seems they have improve since I last stayed.

Convenient

Our flight out of Mexico City was so early the following day and the Hilton at the airport (Terminal One) was the best hotel to overnight in.

Wonderful stay during a layover

Fantastic stay during an overnight layover at Mexico City Airport. Staff was very friendly and accommodating as well as an impeccable room. Would definitely stay there again when traveling through Mexico City.
