Nice hotel

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Super clean rooms. Are is getting better. Close to main avenues. Great for a fsmily trip to Mexico City

It was an excellent experience and since I am from Mexico and know how to move around in public transportation it was rather cheap to move around. There is a subway (Metro) three blocks away and is only 5 pesos for a ticket. It was a very safe area even though it might not look that way, but there a police officers every two corners from the hotel. The only thing I don't recommend is to go wondering around if you are not familiar with the little colonias, but there are several Nice restaurants near the World Trade Center that are good to visit during the day and you can even go at night in a Taxi for 25 pesos which is very inexpensive considering $2.50 two dollars and 50 cents. I went to a french and an Italian restaurant. everything gourmet and organic. paid around $60 dollars which is not bad since it was an excellent meal and 5 of us ate which is about 12 dollars a piece. Wataburger in Texas is about the same price and doesn't even compare to the 4 star restaurant. I did not give a 5 in cleanliness because the bed sheets were not clean when we got there, but as soon as I let the young lady that was cleaning the room about the smell on the sheets, She changed everything and from there on my bed was clean for the 7 nights we stayed there.

Nice and quiet

Pros: Very quiet room and comfortable bed.
Cons: Both of two elevators are frequently down for unknown reason (not at the same time, thank God).
Location: Found a very neat shopping mall nearby
Very close to the World Trade Center, but far from the business center and city center (streets are very congested). . Breakfast (buffet) was not too bad. Bar on the lobby floor was good and reasonable.
