Staff were great. I chose a budget room and thats wbat i got but ithink they have other nicer rooms. Had a pool wich in 90 degree weather is nice albeit the pooll is only 2.5 feet deep...it did offer a great roof top view. Staff was great!!

It is tricky the parking offer at the property information section ar expedia page, But they do not inform you at arrival that with extra charge ! They did the worst possible thing an Hotelier can do (block your door) mother was in hurry to get to the room, the room was block for 200 pesos for the parking (i just can not believe it) *as an hotelier i never do that even when my guest owns the entire stay payment. This ruin the entire work of many people, just for a bad choice of the heads of the property, which could be sorted with comunication.

Excellent location! The area is safe and full of life. The hotel is affordable so cant expect 5 star infrastructure. The staff was very nice to me. Theres only one slow elevator at the moment so going up and down took longer than i liked. But i recommend for the price

My stay was extended for 3 nights, the A/C did not work for all three nights, was asked on 3 occasions and never solved the problem. He didn't offer to change the room, due to time constraints I couldn't stay in the hotel all day and demand that the problem be solved. In addition to that, I asked the reception staff to give me an additional coffee kit and they demanded that I pay them US$ 3.00 for it, that is, not the slightest courtesy from them to at least compensate for the cost. At the end of the day I don't recommend it.

El staff increíble, siempre atentos y con la mejor disposición de ayudar. El unico inconveniente que vi son las remodelaciones que hacían que el lugar estuviera sucio y solo se pudiera usar un elevador. Siento que fue mal momento para hacerlas ya que era Diciembre y se esperaba una cantidad mayor de personas y suponía un inconveniente para todos. Fuera de eso todo perfecto. La limpieza de las habitaciones impecable y todo el staff siempre con la mejor actitud. Ya es mi 4ta vez en este hotel y lo recomendaría siempre. Solo siento que fue mal momento para remodelar

The hotel is very well located, staff is very nice and accommodating. The property is in need of a general renovation. Furniture in rooms is old and my rooms had so many unnecessary old furniture. It needs to be repainted (walls, doors, baseboards). Bathroom is also in need of a complete renovation.

Affordable, strategic, great place to stay!
The room and bathroom are very nice for its price. The location is really great too, very close to Calle Geneva where you can find all kinds of restaurants and street vendors, and most tours offer pick up to this hotel. It has a restaurant so you can dine there too, if you'd like. Will definitely recommend - although it's better to stay in a higher level if possible :)

We had an excellent stay here, and although it is not a luxury hotel it did offer a lot. The property is old but the room was very clean, the staff were welcoming and the location can’t be beat. The shower was AMAZING and it was nice to have a balcony for morning coffee & fresh air. As stated in other reviews the hotel is noisy (lots of street noise, lots of hallway noise) so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in central CDMX and not break the bank.
