Excellent hotel to stay at in Mexico City

We really like this hotel do to its location from the Mexico City airport. Getting a taxi or Uber ride to the Centro part of the the (zoocolo) is easy. The subway is far the hotel also. The staff is friendly and helpful. If possible stay on the business rooms they are the best rooms but any room is good. Breakfast at the hotel is good and cheap.

Had to use the hotel suttle to and from the airport, very good service and very nice poeple, highly recommend this hotel.

Great Location

Cons: Internet - Urgent!!!
Location: The convenience of staying a couple of minutes from the airport
Great location close to the airport. Good price, shuttle service OK, nice staff BUT... terrible wi-fi Something that is tragic for a business hotel

Pros: Proximity to international airport and outstanding staff.
One night stay between flight connections. Early check in allowed and prompt shuttle service to and from airport.

Only if you need to be in this area of the city

Hotel isfar away from city center or any tourist attractions. The area is not pretty there is no dining nor shopping. Room is big but walls and floor are dark colors which dont make the room feel clean. And there are only two powe plugs and lighting is poor (putting make up was a challenge). Room toward busy street so it is noise all the time. Breakfast is fine there is hot servings as well as cereal, yogurt, fruit and bread. I would only recommend for people who need to be in this area of the city.

Deficiency inside shower 🚿 area

The extraction air fan too noise / the shower 🚿 no able to adjusted cold and hot temperatures/ no able to take a shower

The service was horrible from the start of my stay. I was told my room would be available in 30 min. The. That front desk shift left the next shift arrived and then I was told it's not ready at all and I was getting charge more then my other friends that were staying there. Then I was told I was getting charged with another bill because someone messed up and needed to still charge even more for so call taxes. I asked to speak with someone and no one was able to explain the bill to me. Then the front desk girl said that if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else!! So I did but still got charged for the entire stay!! This place is so bad as for as customer service no one knows anything and it's very disorganized. It was so frustrating never staying here again.

Thank you for your comments, I only inform you that in your reservation that does not bring printed, is specified the total to pay, and in a disaggregated way the subtotal and taxes in our country have to be charged. You were asked to explain these details, which I did not understand, I ask you when you make a reservation in any place check it so that there are no bad tidings.
