The location was perfect to be close to the center of the city. I did not like the service of the restaurant. Staff seems to be unhappy and notice the managers are micromanagers hence the attitude of the staff not being as friendly for dining. The rooms should have a fridge. That part was an inconvenience. Beds should be softer. Very hard to sleep in. Generous with water not so much the coffee. Only provided decaf and I constantly had to ask for caffeinated packet. They did provide an iron and board upon my request. Dolores the housekeeper was friendly.

Dear hotel Ritz personal, Overall our experience was great!! The only recommendation I have is to clean under the beds as it gets dusty. I see that the bed frames are very low, therefore, difficult to mop the floor, but it is necessary. Other than that, I recommend Ritz México. Regards, Nayubel

Nice hotel and amazing air conditioning! The room walls are so thin. We could hear every conversation and footstep outside of our door. It is a very old hotel. Almost 100 years!

The room had no iron and no ice machine near by and no mini fridge. The rooms weren’t cleaned very well. I took my shoes off and I can feel dirt on the floor. And ZERO storage for clothes!! Maybe take out the extra table and put in a small dresser.

We really enjoyed staying at Hotel Ritz, right in the heart of the historic area, 5 minutes walk to the square where the Palace and Cathedral reside. The hotel is exceptional, both in fantastic service and a great room, kept spotlessly clean by a hardworking team. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location with pleasant, clean rooms right in the center of the historic district. The area can be quite noisy, so request a room in the back if you're sensitive to noise.

The Centro District where Hotel Ritz is located was perfect. The staff, room and price was perfect for one week. Would defintely recommend Hotel Ritz as an economical place to stay.

I booked ten rooms for our Mexican Cultural Education and Religious Pilgrimage. The Staff were so helpful. The location is great since everything is within reach of the hotel. Breakfast options are superb. Bell boys were helpful, especially to the older clients and those who needed assistance in transporting their luggage to the vehicle. This was not my first time using Hotel Ritz since I booked several trips with them. I keep on returning for a positive experience.

The hotel is in an excellent location for seeing the sights. While it is in a busy area, it was pretty quiet at night. The staff were super friendly and always helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, sometimes with some odd selections, but still very good and went until super late if you wanted a little later start in the morning. The room was ok. Everything was clean. My only complaint was the bathroom door. It was frosted glass and didn't really close. It also let all the light in from the bathroom window. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it!
