A hotel with unrealized potential

This hotel could have been a real winner. It has affordable cost and a great location close to a main subway station, giving walking access to all of Mexico city. A very young, inexperienced staff, with NO ONE over 25 years of age (on any shift), really brought down any concept of customer service that an older EXPERIENCED desk staff would have provided.
Also, I would guess that many of the staff were hired by saying: "Yes, I speak English", when in reality they know only a few words. Very difficult to deal with.
A+ Maid staff, perfectly cleaned rooms
A Bell staff, quick and responsive
F+ Maintenance staff, well I finally showed up, but I can't fix it
F- Desk staff, young and lacking experience and concept for, and training of, quality customer service.
