nice hotel in tourist district

Pros: within 2 blocks of about 50 restaurants, very safe area, tourist area
Location: 4 blocks to bus stop where you can get on the double deck bus that will take you to all the tourist spots.
staff was helpful. Pool was not good, but of course the hotel is in the city.

Excellence

This place really turned around my month stay in Mexico City. After a horrible experience, one I'm still dealing with, from a different site, Expedia delivered. Thank you Expedia for providing me with an excellent escape from booking woes.

Nice central hotel with great staff.

We had a comfortable four nights stay and was particularly impressed by the guest service. The highlight was Andres the bilingual Bellman who is incredibly warm and professional and went way out of his way to assist us in feeling at home.

The hotel is convenient and close to the metro

The hotel was goo and I had a lot of fun in a safe area as sons rosa also close to the metro station. Everything was ok but the bed was not hard, in in need of new upgraded mattresses also need to replace the air conditioners units but overall the hotel is good I will stay there in the future and also recommended it to my friends

Location: Very good location easy access to museums and restaurants
Room very specious only bad thing they do not provide daily drinking water. They only provided on the first day

Old hotel, everything seems very old.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Renovation?
Location: Very centric.
Did not recieve suppor for squiky AC. Fungus on the bathroom ceiling. Leak from the bathroom ceiling.

A hotel with unrealized potential

Pros: 1. Located in a more reasonably priced area of the Zona Rosa. 2. Excellent tour guides available outside in the morning. Ricardo is the best.
Cons: Fire the maintenance staff manager! It took three calls from the desk and a day and a half for a maintenance man to even show up and NOT fix the A/C
Location: Eat at Sanborn's, just down the street.
This hotel could have been a real winner. It has affordable cost and a great location close to a main subway station, giving walking access to all of Mexico city. A very young, inexperienced staff, with NO ONE over 25 years of age (on any shift), really brought down any concept of customer service that an older EXPERIENCED desk staff would have provided. Also, I would guess that many of the staff were hired by saying: "Yes, I speak English", when in reality they know only a few words. Very difficult to deal with. Staff ratings: A+ Maid staff, perfectly cleaned rooms A Bell staff, quick and responsive F+ Maintenance staff, well I finally showed up, but I can't fix it F- Desk staff, young and lacking experience and concept for, and training of, quality customer service. f
