Our stay at Hotel Stanza was very pleasant. The staff was helpful and friendly. It is located within walking distance to many restaurants and other neighborhoods. I will definitely stay again.

Pros: Ubicación y limpieza
Cons: Que no cobren el uso de las computadoras en el hotel
Location: Hay mucho por hacer como museos, caminatas, relax, tianguis, cafés, barecitos
Me gustó, por que ya lo conocía, está en muy buena zona, hay opciones de alimentos, diversión, museos, caminatas agradables, relajado, precio accesible, mucho transporte público en la zona.

Cons: Especificar que el precio del buffet para niños es para niños chiquitos...
El hotel limpio, buen precio, y muy bien situado si deseas visitar la colonia Roma.

Less then a 4 Star Hotel...

Pros: Location only
Cons: All the thing above.
Location: That was nice, good restaurant's shops, street fair, park, etc.
(1) First room was small, (2) Bath room fan didn't work, (3) bathroom odor was very bad from sewer smell, (4) No iron or ironing board in suite, had to go up to 8th floor to Iron. (5) The door man wont mention name was rude and wanted a tip which is expected but at the time didn't have change, from then on his service and treatment was beyond pleasant. We did tip well to the lady keeping our room acceptable.(6) No ice machine to keep our water cool, had to call room service for ice, and again a tip was necessary to room service. (7) Restaurant very expensive, food nothing to write home about, asked for a glass of white wine and was told they didn't carry it or they could order it, we would need to be change for a bottle not a glass.

Bien ubicado y seguro.

Cons: El servicio de meseros.
Location: Buenos restaurantes, bares, centro comercial, tiendas de ropa.
Me gusto mucho la buena ubicación del hotel y su fácil acceso. Puedes caminar con seguridad por la famosa Avenida Álvaro Obregón. La habitación muy limpia y cómoda. El servicio de Restaurant bueno, el servicio de bufet de desayuno excelente. El personal de recepción muy eficiente y el de botones y ayudantes excelente.

Hotel bien ubicado

En lo general nos agrada por su ubicación. Mi comentario es en relación a la utilización y aplicación de puntos, No me informaron a el tipo de habitación a la que tenía derecho y nos dieron la PEOR Le pido a Expedía sea más claro y honesto en este sentido.

Safe and clean

Very good hotel, excellent taxi customer service and safety The reception people nice and courteous, I asked for custody of my luggage after check out, bell boy (old man) very rude, he said they were no responsible for missing or damaged laptops or valuables Is he saying the personnel is no thrust worthy? Why this guy is putting down a nice hotel? Beyond my understanding ...

Cons: wifi doesn't work well, bath towels are like sandpaper, they charge for using the computer in the business center, had to change rooms because safety deposit box in the first room didn't work, decor is dated. Pro: housekeeper was really nice.

Nice hotel in great location

The hotel staff was very nice. We were able to walk to nice restaurants. Cabs were easily available at the hotel. The room was comfortable.
