Welcoming place
A friend and I stayed at the Hotel Suite Amberes for 3 nights. Everyone was so welcoming and always ready to help with whatever we needed. It was a great location and having breakfast included was ideal. It is a little outdated but clean and well maintained. I will be staying there again on my next visit.

I’ve stayed here about 10 times. Won’t be staying here again. Going downhill. Worst bed I’ve ever slept on in my entire life. Sleeping on cement is better. Worthless room service. Used to be an amazing place. Not anymore. Too many other good options nearby

The staff were wonderful and made us feel at home in the midst of their city, it was a relaxing place to stay and everyone was extremely helpful. It was our first visit, for an overnight stop, but it was clear that other guests returned year after year. It felt more traditional and Mexican than international chain hotels and had an authenticity that was refreshing.

If you love the city you will love this place
I had a great time and was very pleased with my stay at this place. The location was ideal for our vacation, there is lots of noise in the streests at late hours but we loved the lively city life. Would recommend a high level floor if you seeking silence. Our suite had two rooms and it was huge. We had family over to join us in our dining area for a late night snack and they loved our suites. They were welcomed to park in their secured parking lot at no extra cost. Our breakfast was superb. They have fresh sweet bread made there that melted in our mouth. I highly recommend it and hope to go back soon.

Excellent place to stay in Mexico City. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Antonio was very nice with us, and he gave to us an excellent customer service. Suites very clean. Delicious breakfast. We will come back.

Spaciest suites in a good location, decent breakfast included with my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. I read this in a review before I went and found it to be true; the hotel is across the street from a night club and the music can be heard until late in the morning. I would consider staying here again.

The staff were very helpful to us throughout. Our arrival was delayed a day by weather and they agreed to refund our first night. When my daughter became ill they connected us with a doctor to come to the hotel.

Excellent place to stay. Will be booking here next time in Mexico City. Highly recommend. The free breakfast is reason enough to stay and they also have a great gym and rooftop terrace.

Overall, we are satisfied with the hotel. But the internet connection was significantly unstable. The internet connection is one of the most important factor for us who comes from the foreign countries as we are not able to use cellar data in Mexico.

The hotel room itself was great - large with separate bedroom, living room and kitchenette. The staff in all areas were nice and the breakfast offered was also excellent. The hotel is across the street from a club, which we knew, and brought ear plugs. The room we were in had the bedroom situated in the back so it wasn't as loud. We did have a huge issue with the sound between the walls of the two rooms. Without getting graphic, we thought someone was in trouble in the hallway so called security. We later realized that it was the next room and we heard every, and I mean every detail of a very extended sexual encounter. The next morning we could hear the electric razor, and their conversation as if they were in the same room. The same was true of the next night until we yelled at them to be quiet and they did. I have never stayed in any hotel around the world where this happened.

If you like a very firm bed this is where you will find one. The lighting options are good. The terrace was very nice to have. Housekeeping is good to exceptional The front desk staff is wonderful This hotel is in Zona Rosa so expecting quiet is not realistic but it was still reasonably quiet. The shopping and restaurants within walking distance is unlimited.

Value for money, lots of space, interesting decor, very very clean, very close to a subway (5-10 minute walk), friendly and helpful staff, yummy breakfasts are all pros of staying at Hotel Suites Amberes. 2 things to know about or consider before booking: 1. the bed is very hard and any movement from someone else in the same bed will be felt and 2. the hotel is surrounded by many nightclubs playing loud music very late. If you are looking for a quiet place or need absolute silence to fall asleep, you may want to consider a different place.

My room was spacious and comfortable with sturdy Spanish style hardwood furniture. I liked the traditional old style hospitality. The staff were nicely dressed and very friendly. The WiFi was intermittent and the breakfast restaurant a bit cold. However my stay overall was exceptionally pleasant. The location was great, with tree lined streets and ample choice of good restaurants.

Very comfortable , very nice, but location not so great, unless you’re into bars and such till morning. Location is good for access to other areas, and the suite would hav been very helpful if we’d had more people.

Ok but really noisy
The hotel overall meets the expectations, the problem is the extremely loud music coming from the streets during the night till the morning, making it really hard to sleep. Stayed there for a whole week and the music wend on Sunday-sat all night. So if you like to sleep with silence this is definitely not your place

Friendly service and a great value
Our stay at Suites Amberes was delightful. The staff at both the hotel and restaurant were incredibly friendly and accommodating to our small children. The breakfast was delicious. The suite was enormous and an incredible value. I can not recommend it enough. We can’t wait to return.

We received excellent customer service of Antonio, Luis, Victor & all staff. The Restaurant, ala carte breakfast & servers were just amazing. The only negative factor is the loud music of nearby places on week end nights as this hotel is located in the downtown area. I suggest that guests will be given ear plugs. I don't know if all suites are affected by the noise.
