Great Staff

Posted Apr 16, 2017
Pros: The staff was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, helpful and ready to help.
Great stay during Semana Santa. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. We were able to check in 3 hours early and got a room on a high floor with a great view. Poland is not the most exciting neighborhood but it is safe, accessible and has some great bars and restaurants.

Great stay at a great hotel.

Posted Apr 1, 2017
Pros: Location is perfect, on Polanco, close to restaurants an upscale stores. Safe walking at night
Cons: We ordered a la carte our breakfast, and service was slow...however, waiters were very courteous...buffet breakfast look terrificc.
Location: Polanco is an upscale Safire neighborhood, plenty of things to do, lots of people walking around, and lots of police presence. We felt safe.
Staff could not be nicer, arranged for tickets and reservations to restaurants, answered a zillion emails with our questions, and greeted us like family upon our arrival. All was superb.

Fabulous hotel in great area

Posted Mar 30, 2017
Pros: See above. Everything was terrific from the rooms to the concierge.
Location: Great location in Polanco with many fine restaurants and shopping nearby. Importantly, Chapultepec park is outside the door and all it has to offer.
Very nice rooms, excellent fitness room, beautiful lobby with great restaurants and in a very nice area (Polanco). The concierge desk was always very helpful. All told, an ideal place to stay.

Elegant & Convenient Downtown Hotel

Posted Mar 21, 2017
Pros: Very clean and efficient staff. Executive floor was also pleasant, well staffed, and served excellent light meals and drink.
Cons: The rooms could be a bit bigger, but they are about standard for a modern hotel.
Location: Polanco is one of the central residential districts of Mexico City and a convenient place to stay if visiting Mexico for business and pleasure.
Spent one night at the Hyatt in Mexico City en route from Huatulco back to New York. It's about a thirty minute taxi ride (400 Pesos) to the hotel which is located in a pleasant district of Mexico City (Polanco). There are some excellent restaurants in Polanco, and over all it is a much better solution than staying one one of the airport hotels which are expensive and uncomfortable.

Perfect location and attentive staff

Right in the heart of Polanco, the Regency Hyatt provides good service thanks to a dedicated staff. The club room could be slightly larger but apart from that everything was top notch.
