Conveniently located in the elegant Polanco neighborhood, this property offers confort and luxury. The staff provides excellent service. The common areas are immaculately kept. The rooms are spacious and confortable. I would recommend an upgrade to the bathrooms as they are somewhat antiquated.

Terrific stay in Polanco at the Hyatt Regency. The hotel is lovely, well kept, clean, upscale, and the staff we interacted with were all friendly and professional. Great amenities in the hotel and it’s in a very nice neighborhood that is walkable day or night. Felt safe our entire visit and we explored the area by foot often. Ubers were easy and quick when needed. Room was spacious and suited our needs. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Property is nice and centrally located in posh Polanco neighborhood, right across the street from the central park and close to the Anthropology museum. The only annoyance I had my whole 5 nights stay was that on my first night, they didn’t have a pull out couch or bed for my kid in the room even though I had called them in advance and requested it. So we arrived at midnight and slept finally at 1:30. But all is good.

The location is great! The hotel is a perfect fit for execs or a couple getting away, the service personnel are very professional and amable. The natural beauty of the area surrounding the hotel is relaxing. A short drive and you can visit many of the tour sites available. Lots of culture and great people.

Excellent buffet breakfast and staff. Great location. Stayed for 8 nights and expected/requested an upgrade which we didn’t get. Room service inconsistent in terms of leaving towels and bathrobes. The two Japanese restaurants are superb. Overall I would stay there again.
