I can't have enough praise for this hotel and the staff. Our room was incredible, actually a small apartment for a very reasonable price. It was spacious and comfortable. The location is great. It is centered in an area which seemed to be populated by young educated people, amongst a very large number of great restaurants. It was sort of a hipster neighborhood, which reminded me a lot of present day gentrified Brooklyn, New York.
I do not speak Spanish, but the staff all spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. In fact, during our stay, my wife cut her head in a fall on the street. Upon returning to the hotel, and planning on nursing the wound ourselves, the staff insisted on arranging to have a physician come to the hotel and bandage the wound in our room.
I have absolutely nothing negative to say and recommend this place highly for room, location and staff to anyone traveling to Mexico City.
