Nice Hotel, but that is about all :(

Pros: Nice Looking.
Cons: Service, and also they would charge more when you would order a meal.
Location: lots to do near by.
Always Knocking o my door even though I had my do not disturb sign, security embarrassed me in front of family (2 teen age kids) 10 minutes after I had told him that they were helping me because I was Not feeling well and they they would leave right after, he knocked on my door not EVEN 10 MINUTES PASSED and said they could not be there, just the 2 people assigned to the Room, I would never go there ever again.

A Terrific 'Near' Luxury Stay for a Good Price.

Pros: We liked the convenience, comfort, the helpfulness of the staff and size of the rooms.
Cons: We called several times in the evening for items like an extra pillow and nobody ever came. Turndown service was non-existent.
Location: The location, near the main park in Mexico City and all the museums, is wonderful. It's a short cab/Uber ride from the historic center.
This is a comfortable, modern hotel with nice rooms, a good gym, WiFi that works and an excellent concierge. The breakfasts are not overwhelming but very well done.

Go-to choice whenever visiting Mexico City

I've been to a few places in Mexico and this is my favorite. Some places may have slightly bigger rooms or some other amenities but this place provides the highest quality service, cleanliness, and security to ensure a comfortable and restful stay. Their gym, by the way, is the best I've seen at any hotel so far.

Pros: Nothing
The Hotel is totally over rated the room was like a box, the air conditioning made a loud noise, the sheets are really rough. The food the restaurants are expensive and very very marginal.

Cons: A lot needs to be improved
Location: central
Disappointing, the hotel Staff are not professional at all, misuse of my CD, the rooms are so tight, lack of pressure and flow in the showers even after changing 2 rooms. Air condition is from medieval periods. Nothing is this place could be satisfying someone locking for a good stay in Mexico. Unless you want to spend a few hours in a tiny spa.

Friendly staff. Great service. Loved the spa, breakfast buffet, and special taxi services. I especially loved the confortable pillows and mattress.

Lovely hotel well located.

Pros: The facilities, the spa.
Cons: Reception staff handling of VIP bookings.
Have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions, It's a very well appointed hotel, love the spa facilities and the room and the bedding extremely comfortable. However, I perennially have problems at check-in. This is hotel is supposed to offer free room upgrade for Expedia VIP members, but every time I ask about this there is some issue. This time they said the booking hadn't come through as a VIP booking, but they gave me an upgrade, somewhat reluctantly, stating that the upgrade I received on my previous stay about a month earlier was due to room availability not because of the VIP status afforded by Expedia membership. We were given an upgrade room but it was noisy sat just above air-conditioning ducts servicing the laundry! We requested a change of rooms and this was done immediately. But it's just very tedious having to go through this sort of thing every time you check into what is supposed to be a high class hotel.

Staff is exceptionally friendly. The hotel facilities, and particularly the restaurants are outstanding. My only concern is that I found the bed mattress to be too soft and I personally prefer hard beds.
