Excellent Hotel, great location.

Pros: The staff and service was excellent. The hotels three restaurants offer local and international cuisine. The hotel also has a spa and gym.
Cons: The deluxe room was a bit small for my son and myself but would have been fine for a couple. The suites are nice and posh.
Location: Centrally located close to the center of the city and within walking distance of Chapultepec Park, the Anthropology Museum, and Zoo.
My son and I Stayed at the Marquis de La Reforma for three nights in January 2017 and we were very impressed with the overall quality of this first class hotel. The hotel is located near Chapultepec Park and is right on Reforma Avenue, one of the main boulevards of Mexico City. The surrounding neighborhood is very upscale and safe. The staff were warm and welcoming and very helpful in all matters. The restaurants were excellent and reasonably priced. The gym and spa were great and a welcome respite after long days of sightseeing. I plan on staying here again when I return to Mexico City.

Very nice hotel close to everything

Facilities were excellent. Staff knowledge of the area and very helpful! It was a mistake on my bill when I was a bout to leave around 4am. It was double charged for one day breakfast . I spoke with the front desk about it, they promised To fix it, cause I didn't have the time to finalize it. I knew for a fact it's was an Honest mistake . Breakfast was beyond excellent . Hotel located in a very nice area, and I would say walking distance to what DF has to offer. Londres ave not too far, it's a happening area and wonderful place to enjoy. Hotel staff send us a warm greeting card and some toys to our 2 little daughters. It meant a lot to us and to our kids. would definitely stay at the Marquis reforma again, and would recomend friends and family to stay there too. Thanks Marquis Reforma for making our stay AMAZING. Will see soon . Viva México .

Nice boutique Hotel in Mexico City's good area

Was looking for a comfortable Hotel close to the Airport and good location. Didn't use the SPA but the bathroom was very nice. They provide bath products from l'occitane.

Excellent (overall) for that price

Pros: The location is very good. Everyone seems to know this hotel in Mexico city so every taxi or Uber driver has no problems taking you from/to there.
Cons: Reception told me that my wife and I have breakfast included, then at the restaurant they charge me for one breakfast... I paid.
Location: Location is very good except if you have an agenda in Polanco. Castillo Chapultepec is very close.
Clean room, good conditions. The suites are very pleasant. I never saw the pool (I think there is one) since I was busy and running all the time.

Pros: the staff were very friendly
Cons: fix those tubs too high to get in the shower
the hotel was too expensive over $300 for one day also no ice or bucket. to get in the shower safety hazard my wife hit her knee and still has the bruise to prove it. we ate the restaurant in the hotel and got sick still have diarrhea for almost a week and half will never stay or eat this place again.

The room was spacious and bathroom was exceptional. The turn down service was amazing. Fruit was delivered every day. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The concierge service was awesome. The only regret I have is not using the spa available. Next time!

Good location. Inexperienced staff took forever to check us in. Only 1 of 2 rooms was ready - and it was the wrong one. Waited an hour to get rooms. Rooms and hotel quite dated - likely 5 stars in 80's. Took valet over an hour to produce our car. Finally, coffee machine in room BUT charged for every one!! Certainly not a good experience.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful! The staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful! The restaurants in the hotel had very good food & very trendy. This is an absolute must stay!
