Crushed my expectations - 5 stars

Amazing all around. Customer service was extremely welcoming, friendly, and proactive. Gym/Spa facilities are nice. Location is prime in the heart of financial district and lots of great bars and restaurants in area.

Central location, great staff, good food in the hotel restaurant! Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Professional, upscale and safe business hotel

I stayed at Mexico City Marriott Reforma Hotel for business purposes. The hotel fulfilled my expectations with regards to an upscale business hotel. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was in a good condition. The meeting rooms were great. However, this is exactly what I expected given the hotel pricing. This is definitely not a cheap place to stay. Something I regularly observe is that even the pricy hotels will not offer WIFI for free. At 250 USD a night I don't really understand why I am charged for basics like WIFI... This is why I rate the hotel at 4* and keep the last star for when complementary WIFI is introduced :-)

I was a little disappointed about my stay here as I booked the hotel primarily for the out door pool and the roof top lounge area which the photos showed. When I arrived the roof top is only for executive level and the pool was pretty small and covered with a slide over. I felt I would have chosen another hotel should I have known I couldn't access the area they advertise. When I asked the employees they confirmed it was only for Marriott executive status.
