Hotel in terminal 2 at Mexico city airport.

Pros: Location if you are travelling with Aeromexico. Service and Food.
Cons: Bar should be open 24 hours and not only start at 12 o'clock, noon time.
Location: Shoping at convenient stores and some traditional handcrafts There is a great library in the same terminal.
Service at front desk was very good. People are nice and correct. Rooms are clearly very well done and the hotel structure is a landmark.

Great hotel at Terminal 2 Mexico City airport

Cons: The internet was very slow. This needs to be improved.
I had a 12+ hour layover in Mexico City. I was dead tired and I also needed to do some work. This hotel was great. The room was beautiful, there was a pool, the food was great.

nice hotel in terminal 2 of the airport in Mexico

Pros: The people on the staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: There were 2 black stains like ink on the top sheet. Please, allow service dogs who are so important to the life of our disabled..
Location: convenient to terminal 2.
Friendly. Caring. but they do not allow service dogs. That makes me sad. My daughter cannot stay there, she needs her service dog.

convenient choice

If flying out early from Mexico City terminal 2, this is a great choice. One floor down by elevator and the terminal is there.

convinient hotel at the airport

Pros: location
Cons: Coffee maker in the room
Location: just the location after a long flight
accomodation is acceptable, clean, convinient, second time I stayed in this hotel, could be better with coffee in the room

Can be better

Pros: Rooms are fairly big, good location if taking an early flight
Cons: Train the clerks please. I spend 20 minutes checking out a two night stay and I had to correct the clerk about the charge (she charged me only 50% )
Locks didn't work properly, untrained staff when checking out, no information about tours (unbelievable)

An amazing airport hotel

Very good hotel, noise free for an airport hotel. It has all the amenities you neeed and more for a good night sleep when you are waiting for your next flight
