convinient hotel at the airport

Pros: location
Cons: Coffee maker in the room
Location: just the location after a long flight
accomodation is acceptable, clean, convinient, second time I stayed in this hotel, could be better with coffee in the room

Can be better

Pros: Rooms are fairly big, good location if taking an early flight
Cons: Train the clerks please. I spend 20 minutes checking out a two night stay and I had to correct the clerk about the charge (she charged me only 50% )
Locks didn't work properly, untrained staff when checking out, no information about tours (unbelievable)

An amazing airport hotel

Very good hotel, noise free for an airport hotel. It has all the amenities you neeed and more for a good night sleep when you are waiting for your next flight

Took a lot of time to find where the hotel is located Very expensive in comparison to similar hotels in same area

My room stinks

When you first the room 2058, it was like somebody left garbage since a month in the room, the bathroom was terrible i couldn't breathe

At the terminal

Very conveniently located at the terminal. Perfect for a day stay between flights. Too bad that they have an absurd policy of charging you extra for an early check-in. An airport hotel should have a room ready when you need it.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay at the airport

Cons: Towel provision. Restaurant food quality.
Location: What you can expect to find at an airport.
Fast check in, clean room, helpful staff, quiet (very important, being located at an airport). Poor quality restaurant. We stayed twice in a week and both times, the room had just one bath towel. We complained both times, no result.

Handy if you fly Aeromexico

Pros: Handy for Aeromexico and Delta flights.
Cons: Rooms are starting to get a little older. the lock on my door did not worked, I had to change twice the key cards.
It's ok, nothing out of this world. A little overpriced. Be careful not to book the "Premium" fare because it really doesn't change too much from previous room (normally $40 usd. difference). Rooms are all the same.
